Not possible to book a parking space in the covered garage in advance, in the end, all parking spaces were occupied. Rooms in hotels not same like on pictures on the site. Unreserved two rooms on the same floor with one big bed (as requested in advance)

Clean and comfprt room. Good location. 30-40 minutes of walking to subway station Kamppi.

Comfortable bed, choice of pillows, clean bathroom, good and rich breakfast, good connections to the city centre and not to big a distance to the center, so one can walk there as well.

Friendly staff, very good breakfasts.

It is not a very quiet area - there is a football field just across the road.

Wifi worked well. Tram stop to city right outside hotel, catch Tram 3b, Breakfast was very good.

Very small bathroom & shower which flooded when shower was used. Furniture very outdated, old box tv, No basic toiletries, Parking very overpriced at 17 euros, parking bay too small, No lift to car park, had to pull bags up the very steep car ramp. Hotel very noisy, Everything in Helsinki is way overpriced ... Why? We won't be back.

Very convenient location for car travellers; good access to public transportation; children-friendly.

In a walkable distance to city centre, but also has a good transport connection with it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom was so small one can barely turn around. If your neighbours are a bit louder, you can hear everything that's going on behind the wall.

The check in was very fine, but I got first a room on second floor and there you cannot open any window and there is no aircondition or temperature regulation - only up by the heating. I complained and got a very nice room on 6. floor. My complain was handled very quickly and everything solved in a few minuts.

The neighbourhood of the hotel

It is in an excellent location for business, being on the same square as city hall. It is also in easy walking distance to major sightseeing locations such as the fortifications and the ocean, and easy walking distance to shopping areas.

Lack of fridge, and regulated HVAC, and poor tv channel selection.

It was not really Cumulus quality, breakfast starts very late at 7.30 am.

the design of the rooms

I thought that the hotel staff were ok, they checked me in quickly and did not make any fuss. You need a key card for elevators, so if you like to smoke and need to go down stair and outside do not forget your key. There is a glass door on the right that can get you to some rooms with an elevator with no key card... so if you forget you can go this way.

The rooms could do a little better on size, but there okay for a quick visit if your a single female like me.

The service was very good.

The location - it's my favourite spot in Helsinki.

The outside appearance is a bit on the ugly side, though the interior is up to the standards.

The location is good, not in the busy city center but in a 20 minutes walk from it. Breakfast was good.

During 3 days stay the room was only cleaned once. Air conditioning was not working well, so a bit hot in the room. Slightly dusty, actually a bit of dust was everywhere, not really nice. WiFi was not free! No kitchenware(forks, knives) available in the room or at reception; we were suggested to go and buy some on our own.

Nice sauna, very good breakfast, tram stop right outside hotel.

Room is so small and if you have noisy neighbors you will have a problem

I chose this hotel as it is in 10 minutes of walking from an amusement park Linannmaki

It would be desirable to have a minibar refrigerator in number.

Location quite near the centre and just next to tram stop. Small but comfortable room. Quite quiet hotel and good breakfast!

Surrounding area of Kallio quarter with many (!) low-class pubs and heavy- drinking customers and people staggering around totally drunken was not so nice. On the weekend nights and late evenings I do not recommend walking on nearby streets but with tram you can cet just next to the hotel door.
