Good room, quiet, good breakfast
Got some hair on my pillow, bed covers were dirty
Location is great - many sights, restaurants, and shopping options are close by. Staff were very helpful and nice and WiFi worked smoothly. The superior room we booked was quite nice although nothing spectacular.
For a superior room, the interior of the bathroom was a bit of a disappointment - reminded me more of a hospital bathroom.
Clean, convenient & economical
Close to city center. Friendly staff. Good Food. Internet Access given.
It was too hot to sleep. and the quality of air was not that good.
The staff and their attitude at the reception. Exemplary customer service! Central location, nicely nearby the river Aura.Very good breakfast :-)
Some hick-ups with bathroom & cleanliness, which were externalised services, taken care by sol. So the minus here goes actually to the company sol. The hotel stuff were fantastically responsive and constructive in dealing with the matter.
Rooms were quiet, showers worked well, breakfast choices were good, counter staff were helpful and friendly.
Paintwork worn in rooms, pillows lumpy, room service cleaning haphazard, constant air blowing in room noisy and disturbed sleep.
The services at Holiday Inn were good - as you'd expect from a big international chain. A plus for a nice buffet breakfast.
Due to a water leak I was transferred from Cumulus to Holiday Inn next door. Holiday Inn didn't have any smoke-free rooms left so that was a big disappointment. The staff at Cumulus informed me of the situation beforehand so that was OK; however, it would have been a nice of them to offer me a partial refund / meal voucher as an apology for the inconvenience.
located close to city center
bathroom and shelves were not clean; no air-conditioning, windows can hardly be opened; so it was very hot in the room
Very clean and bright hotel. Comfortable beds with the option of soft or medium pillows. Very helpful staff(one even came to check that where we had parked the car was permitted).
No air conditioning. We were there in a heatwave. They did provide fans.
Good location, a few minutes walk from city center. Convenient parking under hotel. Helpful staff. Large room, enough space for 4 beds. Good breakfast.
Very small shower with sliding door about 30 cm wide - inconvenient for large people or for those wishing to wash young children. WiFi reception in room rather weak.
The receptionists were very polite and friendly, although extremely casually clothed.
Room not clean, breakfast decidedly substandard, black bananas offered so no takers. Tiny trash bins on each table for food scraps - this was the final indignity. No AC so room very hot, could not cool. This is a substandard hotel in the wrong part of the city, opposite sex shop. The room keys are for the Holiday Inn next door which was a source of wonder. Be warned that the local currency exchange is closed all weekend and there is no tourist information bureau this part of town.
Breakfast: everything works well and the offerings are of good quality and quantity.
The room was hot and the air was stale and smelly. Seems the ventilation is not up to its task, not to even mention cooling. The quadruple room had 3 real beds and one narrow and hard extra bed even though it was marketed as having 4 full beds 90-130 cm wide each.
Excellent service. Upgrade to superior room because our room was too hot without air conditioning. Centric location near the river.
Prices during Ruisrock Festival are very high.
This hotel seems business-oriented and does not stand out in design or luxury, but it suites us. Breakfast excellent.
reasonable price, cleam rooms and very good shower.
All looked and felt a bit tired also be warned it isn't very central
Near in city center and good price for 1 stay over night clean and large room for 4 welcome staff
Nothing in our goal but we didn't try breakfast
Hotel staff was very helpful
Location is good, rooms are spacious.
Breakfast really needs to be modernised ! The food ! Stop with all industrial products, get some creative local taste ! Get GOOD coffee ! Bathrooms really need modernisation as well, this is early eighties, it all works, but as nice as the rooms themselves are, as old fashioned are these bathrooms. Also get a decent elevator: not a building-site crane type of thing for barely three persons....Again the rooms are ok, but certainly quite well paid for too !
We loved our stay here. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were lovely.
Best place to stay on the night and to relax
Very friendly staffs and nice location! Truly enjoyed my stay!
Super friendly and helpful staff
The room was pleasantly large.
The airconditiong was lacking.
Good staff on the reception, sauna.
