Situated in the Katajanokka area of Helsinki, Essexhome Luotsikatu offers brightly decorated apartments with free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Uspenski Cathedral is 400 metres away. Stayed at Essex apartment 16. It was a very nice apartment. very good equipped and it really feels like home. Good location of the apartment. It was not far away from the center. only a few minutes walk to the port and another 5 minutes to city center. bathrom was a bit small

Was the best stay in whole of my life. Mrs. Seiije was so friendly! The house was clean, safe, silent, cheap and so close to the touristic places and the city center (just by 5min walk)

My partner and I liked everything about the apartment in Helsinki. The location was walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean, and the decor was fun. The apartment was a great size too. We also felt very secure in the building.

Большие апартаменты, все есть. Близко к центру. Если у вас коляска, то могут быть проблемы с подъемом на этаж - очень крутые лестницы

хорошая квартира для остановки в хельсинки в финском стиле. продуктовые магазины в 5 минутах ходьбы. есть ресторанчик напротив, который дает скидку проживающим в апартаментах. хозяйка очень милая женщина, хорошо говорит по английски. до цента города 15 минут пешком или 3 минуты на трамвае, маршрут номер 4 и 4т. в 5 минутах ходьбы есть бесплатная городская парковку для автомобилей, хозяйка может показать. чисто и уютно. есть все для приготовления пищи самостоятельно. так как квартира в частном секторе нельзя шуметь после 22 вечера, даже пользоваться посудомойкой и стиральной машиной. нет мест для курения, даже во дворе дома. маленькая ванная комната, нет поддона в душе, вода льется прямо на пол. батарейки в пультах полностью сели, нам было все равно, но кому то будет лень вставать переключать каналы или идти за батарейками. реально слышно как соседи разговаривают. много лишних предметов в интерьере, так как старинные часы и вазочки.

прекрасный отель ! место великолепное. идеально для тех,кто устал от большого города,траффика и т.д. очень дружелюбная, позитивная хозяйка Seija . мы отдыхали в № 15 ( последние 4 фото) все соответствует описанию. прекрасный район города, вид из окна -классический дворик хельсинки. очень чистый и уютный. рядом хорошие магазины(продукты). до центра можно дойти минут за 10 -15 не торопясь. на этой же улице очень интересный музей игрушек. и ...так же душевная и творческая хозяйка Anne. незабываемые дни! спасибо! жаль , что остановились на короткий срок ))).впредь будем разумнее.

Prima accommodatie voor een short stay. Alles erop en eraan. Bovendien mooie en rustige buurt, vlak bij goede (maar wel prijzige) supermarkt (2 minuten lopen) en centrum van de stad (5-10 minuten lopen).
