Not easy to find the block, the entry code only can provide at 4pm, must park on a designated car park, have to do by ourselves with provided flat sheet and quilt cover and no hair dryer !
Lack of good communication about the location and entry to the location.

Being told after the agreed checkin time that the apartment had been booked by someone else. Then getting another apartment, then half an hour later being told that one was also booked by someone else. Then getting a third apartment 40KM from the original one..,

Location to Airport
-Very basic facilities. No tea/coffee. _process not explained during booking so after we booked we headed off only to find out we needed a key code which was apparently sent by email. Had no access to email so had to drive back to airport for free wireless. At -6 degrees and travelling with one child this was a serious inconvenience. The 2 bedroom suite was actually a 2 room suite and all beds were single beds which could not be attached together.
Large new apartments, rooms are clean and new, good price for good quality, everything was very comfortable.
Windows are very dirty. It seems like they haven't been cleaned from the building of the house. Forenom hasn't send us apartment password on time, so we needed to ask help of booking.com help service. We couldn't talk on telephone with the company (their number didn't work).

New apartment 24/7 phone service as there is no staff available - although none of the calls were handled as promised.
Not an apartment hotel - just apartment: you need to do your own beds and are required to clean the apartment at the end of your stay. Most of the other residents were construction crews. This together with remote location and no reception made it feel unsafe.

Everything. Awful system. The "reseption-less" entering system is laggy and uncomfortable. It was very hard to open the door to my room (lock wasn't work properly, door handle was like a piece of metal blade, impossible to hold), help desk was awful, girl on this desk was lazy and so slow, that I spent a half of hour near the locked door, I didn't get any help, just spent a lot of money for a calling to a help desk (it wasn't mentioned that it isn't free!!). In a room there was nothing, even salt\sugar\soap\normal internet connection, bed cloth was dirty, it was hard to ajust internet system (it was made also awful) so that I could access internet (people without any IT knowledge on my place will get no internet), and for this big amount of money, I spent I got no service!! Absolutely! I had to clean my room at check-out! I have paid so much, and arriving time is 16.00!!!!! Check out is 11.00 (I have paid less then for a day!!!!). Damn, the worst place I was ever!
We checked in oufselves with key code they gave us before checked in. No cleaning service so it makes us feel like normal residence. That makes us live there so comfortable.
When I arrived I take a look dishes, but some plates were dirty it was not completely washed. Formar customer before us was just lazy to wash plates. they just put dirty one on top of other dishes. This is never notice unless a person touch and see those dishes carefully after open the dish shelves.
