Good price, free parking, free Wi-Fi, close to Metro. Early check-in was allowed after our request.

Check-in at 4 p.m. - a bit late. Little possibility to eat outside (just one pizzeria/cebab place - 500 m away). Sushi bar closes early, opens late.

Extra clean and comfortable, close to metro, smartly furnished.

clean, not far from city center (only 5 or 6 stops from central station by metro), many supermarkets around, I strongly recommend a Chinese restaurant called Peach Garden (桃園) (Hiihtajantie 1, Herttoniemi) near the metro station coz it's cheap (8 euro) and food is good!!

can only enter after 4pm (password sent out at 3:15pm which made us very nervous), staff is remote-control by computer so not very helpful while problem happens (they promise will send staff to check our problem but no show), kitchen is fake! they put a pan which can't work on the electronic stove in our room so we can just throw away some purchased food finally! (some neighbor say there's even no pan and electronic stove in their rooms!!), they don't offer toilet paper,

1. Free parking and garage. 2. Metro station, K-supermarket, McDonalds in 5 min by feet. 3. Price is OK for a hotel with parking and in 15 min from the center by subway. 4. Multi-language support. 5. I've got a room access code (first one) in time. 6. Room was furnished with everything needed to cook.

1. No staff, code-access into rooms, but rooms database has mistakes: - The first room was not cleaned after previous guest. I called support and asked to give me another room. - The second room was occupied by another person (I understood that only after opened the door). I called support again. - The third room should be OK, but the code wasn't work. I called support again. - Only the forth attempt was successful, and I've got the room. I spend about an hour to get the room! 2. Room was not cleaned well. Floor, refrigerator, shower room was rather dirty. 3. When I asked support manager about parking place, she advised me to print (in a hotel with no staff!) booking confirmation and place it under car's front window, because if I won't do that, I've got a police fee for parking in private area. What if I didn't ask?

no noise from the street, available appliances, clean, TV; fridge.

The noise from the fridge was terrible, I could not sleep all night. There is no latch or anything, making me feel totally unsafe throughout my stay. Using only codes, was a bit scarry.

Easy to find, despite that hotel is situated not in the city center. Subway and buss stops are nearby. Supermarket is ca 100 m away from the hotel. Room was very nice and very clean. Room was equipped with big LCD TV, and small kitchenette with everything necessary. Key code has been received in proper time. Will certainly come back to this hotel when I will be in Helsinki.

Price is a bit high.

But not worth saving money. If u really want to save money, go to hostel... If money is not so important (10-20€+) find another place (which is probably better). The worst hotel I have ever been

Everything was perfect! We recieved the picode via mobile phone and e- mail. The room had a small kitchen, wich was fully furnished with everything you need to cook. The Flatscreen tv was huge, everything was clean and there was lots of space. In less then a minute walk you have a big S-Market and in a app. 5 minutes walk you have lidl, Subway and Mc Donalds. Also there are many factory outlets in the same area where you can get some good deals on clothing. Also great is the possibility of free parking which was very useful due to the huge amount of snow everywhere around the street. Last but not least: The price is just awesome for Helsinki!

You could hear quite a lot from the above rooms.

I enjoyed the location (close to the subway), cozy and modern design, furniture, facilities, value for money.

We had a problem with receiving a code of access. We didn't receive SMS till the 17.00 and spent a lot of money for receiving a code by the phone. The floor in the bath room was not clean.

Perfectly clean and fresh room. Room quiet, no noise. The hotel has free parking. Nearby there is a metro and supermarkets. This room has a microwave, kettle, cooking utensils.

Password received via SMS, to enter the hotel, did not work. I had to call the hotel, immediately changed the password, and everything is OK.

We were pleasantly surprised with room equipment (here I mean forks, spoons, plates, coffe machine). The dathroom was very clean and the room was tidy. We enjoyed our stay!

Free parking, price, comfort.

Check-in process was awful - service desk assistant refused to give us e-codes for opening the doors and proposed us to wait until tomorrow, because of their system failure he could not find our reservation. Thanks for support service of Booking.com - they helped to solve the problem and to check-in to the hotel.

The security system is pretty modern, the most suitable hotel for those who travelling by car and would like to spend a night in a comfort and safety. You are welcome to buy the local groceries and use the microwave and coffee machine)

No recepton, no room service, no towels change if long stay is supposed, 10 metro mins away from the Central railway station but from 5.15 till 23.30 then it is better to borrow a bicycle or use a taxi)))

No one warned us that there is no one from the staff in the hotel, but the guests only! We stood there for several hours at the door and waited for the code, which eventually learned from other guests. The hotel hadn't been cleaned! This, too, no one warned, we were shocked!

Clean and cosy room, with all necessary stuff for few-days stay.

The lack of staff could be very stressed:if the password (sent by sms) doesn't work you must call an emergency number very very expensive:i saw customer just outside the door with this problem You can remain outside in the evenimg while it's snowing

This time the keycode didn't work and I had to stay 25 minutes in the street talking to the hotel's customer service. They've reset the code 3 times but it didn't help. Finally, it worked out with some other code. I just imagine what a problem it might have been if I didn't speak English. Electronic systems are not always that reliable.

comfort, cleanliness, good location (close to the metro)

Clean spacious rooms with modern equipment. Beds are perfect. Two wardrobes. Cups, spoons, plates, microwave oven and so on. Evrthing for cooking and eating.

There is no staff in the hotel. At the day off arrival you recieve SMS with key code and room number which you should enter on the main door of the hotel and then on the pinpad near your room. I booked two double rooms. But at the day of arrival I recieved only one code and one room number. I tried to call to the hotel but no answer. At the hotel I found that this room is single. Administration phone number wasn`t available (answering machine). I phoned to booking.com. They said that they can`t contact with hotel. But promised to help or find us other hotel. After that we left our things in this single room and went to supermarket. When we got back, my old keycode wasn`t active. So all our belongings and documents were locked in the room. It was a disaster. Guys from booking.com called me several times. They were telling me other codes for rooms. But none of them were right. My problem was solved only after 5 hours!!!!! I spent all evening in hotel`s corridor although I planned to go to city center. By the way there was young couple with same problem. I don`t know how they`ve got through. After all many thanks to guys from booking.com. They did great! Nonetheless if you surely want stay there be awared that there are no soap and no shower gel.

Absolutely unclear entrance procedure

отель отличный,хороший ремонт,чисто и уютно.пара супермаркетов поблизости.на метро минут 15 от центра.никаких проблем добраться не доставляет.тихий и спокойный район.никаких затруднений с Wi-Fi не было.

была небольшая напряженость по поводу получения кода,но все прислали вовремя.

чисто, тихо, все новое, интересная система самообслуживания в отеле.
