Staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were large and well designed.I enjoyed one of the best breakfasts I"ve had in a European hotel and the hotel"s location was perfect for shopping and general tourism The hotel online included a gym in its facilities, but when we enquired we were told there was a charge of 10 Euros. |

Nice rooms, I've stayed here before. Spa is also very relaxing with different saunas. I waited more from the breakfast. It was very very basic. |

Very good location of the hotel - right in the city-center, close to shops and restaurants. Very nice design of rooms, halls, lobby bar and breakfast restaurant. Very comfartable bed, pillow, blanket and mattress. Good breakfast, good Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner, very nice bar in the lobby, free Internet access in the lobby. |

Unfortunately all underground parkings in the center of Helsinki closed from 00.00. So if you have late check-in you should leave your car right in the Esplanada and take it off till 9 am. |

The hotel is very well situated. It is what I would call a "design" hotel, providing original services. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The gym/spa is well equipped and relaxing. Breakfast had a good selection and in large quantities. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Heating was not easy to regulate (sometimes too cool, sometimes too warm) and a bit noisy. Lack of drawers for t-shirts, underwear etc (the only shelves were above the hanging space therefore high up; OK for sweaters but not practical for the other things) |

Very stylish hotel with up-to-the-minute amenities. Every night around 11pm there was a strangle gurgling noise from the pipes! It was momentary, but disconcerting. The beds were the foam type which can be uncomfortable. |

The accommodation and service were excellent. The hotel's location is superb, being right in the city centre close to the Esplanande, shopping centre and major tourist attractions. It was very quiet in the hotel at night and the beds were very comforable. The breakfast is very good, as is the hotel restaurant (very nice pizzas and desserts). We also enjoyed a visit to the hotel spa, though it is quite expensive. The security on each of the hotel floors was very good, access by room card only. The fact that you could not open the windows, however the air conditioning was very good. |

the comfortable and trendy design room, the spa, friendly staff and excellent situation I stayed already many times at this hotel. Between all the reservations it happened twice that the hotel was overbooked (not this time). |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were excellently furnished. Breakfast was good. Wi-fi internet did not work with iPhones and staff not particuarly helpful about that. Breakfast though good was badly organised. |
