Location is excellent! Staff is very hospitable and ready to help. Gave me a map with all mains places. Also I couldn't find a poste office,I left all the necessary documents at the receptionk and they sent were sent! Taxi is always ready near the hotel's door. Also I arrived too early , but my room was ready ! Bed is so comfy and cosy! The room has a kettle, mugs, glasses, tea, coffee! Even an ironing board and iron ! Great tv and stereo system. I'll back for sure!!!! Adorable hotel

Overall good location and helpful staff.

Breakfast should be extended to 11am. For some travellers a 8-10am breakfast does not feel like a holiday.

Very comfortable bed, spacious and luxurious bathroom, a bath was my priority and i was not dissapointed. My whole stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Great rooms

Of course this is a top class hotel with wonderful modern design, located in the very heart of the city. The location near main shopping streets is just unbeatable.

I booked a room well in advance but upon the arrival was told that everything that met my preference was already occupied. I got no excuses from the staff , which is disappointing.

Great friendly staff! I was treated in a very friendly way, and everything was smooth and professional. Also the breakfast has improved since my last stay.

since i was here a year ago, Carlito's restaraunt has gone and that's a biggest disaapointment to us. new restaurant is good but not that good as Carlito's was. the price is also very high in my opinion.

Liked the location and the big tv! The bed was really comfy too!

Design is really nice however it was hard to switch the lights off (so many lights everywhere), the open space bedroom/bathroom made the bathroom really cold, and the shower was not really comfy...

Free upgrade when we arrive. Can check in at 10am.

Big Room very nice

They where renovating the Hotel, Very noisy. The first two nights I couldn't sleep. It was to warm in the room and I could not stop the Heating. At 6:30 the workers started to drill and hammer for the renovation.So I have to say that the first two days were very bad.The room itself was vey nice and big. There are two TV's one of them I could not turn off so it gives a lot of light in the night. I pulled the cable to turn it off.i asked for a refund, but the only refund I got where two bottles of water taking from the mini bar.

Very good location, big and comfortable rooms, good restaurant and tasty breakfast, nice staff.

We were not warned that the hotel was under renovation during the dates we stayed there (3-5 January 2013). The reception was closed and and there was some repair at several floors of the hotel, which caused some inconvenience.

That it was like staying in the middle of a construction site and nothing was mentioned before we arrived!!!!!!!!

The location was perfect for everything - very central. The bed and shower were both amazing! Staff were very helpful.

There were renovation works being carried out for the duration of my stay meaning hours of drills and hammers! It would have been nice if this was flagged before booking. We were offered a 50% discount in nearby restaurants but each time we tried to book it was booked out! Therefore technically we got no compensation for the very loud and annoying disruptions.

We stay'd at deluxe room. Room was very spaceous and nicely divided betrween diffrent areas. Large bathroom was good, also shower system was good. Bed was very good and comfortable

To many swithes for lighting and without any marks, which switch switches witch light. was quite funny to find a right swithc. Plastic switch buttons itself were quite oldlooking and abrased. In design hotel it shouldnt happen. In WC there was some lamps not lighting.

Very well situated in the city, in walking distance for many venue places. Nice design of the room, which is also very comfortable. Nice staff service in reception and room making.

Maybe you should find a different way of checking whether guests had paid or ordered their breakfast with the reservation or not. Asking by chance at the tables is probably not the best way.

Quiet, discrete and very centrally located. Beautiful breakfasts.

The price was high.
