Hotel Harriet was way too expensive!!! Save your money and choose some other hotel. Don't pay for nothing. Breakfast was terrible and there wasn't toilet paper etc. This is my first time in my life i complain about a hotel, but this was a total robber! |

It was clean and very well located. The bed was small but comfortable. I had to leave at 08.45 Saturday morning and although the breakfast was only served from 09.00 onwards, the lady at the reception promised I can have it at 08.30. However, there was nothing next morning, the breakfast window was closed and no food was available. That was not nice. |

the location from the train station and the refrigerator in the room
The rooms were very very hot and the tv did not work. I was lucky to have my own bathroom but the people who had to share one were very very very loud. |

Tv in the room The staff don't speak english well. It's hard to communicate with them. Breakfast is in the price but it's ... not good it's given in the coridoor. We where there three days and nobody cleans the room during that days. |

The location is near from the main city market square and railway station. The hotel is very bad. No clean, No services staff, very poor breakfast and no body to contact with during staying. The owner woman take all the money before give me the key of the rome while the booking site showed that the payment at the check out time. |

Normally. Cheap hotel - cheap rest. Good room for keeping of laggige when you have active vocation - museums, historical places of Turku, disko, pabs, walks and etc More good english on reception! : ) |

The room was clean. We finally got a TV, fridge and towels. There is a large TV in the corridor-lobby. There were plenty of sandwiches for breakfast. Breakfast was finally served at 8.07am by which time there was a queue in the corridor. No juice, but coffee and self-made sandwiches. Originally there was no TV or fridge in our room but on request we got both aswell as towels. Loos in the corridor. |

The location of the hotel is really good in the center of the city. The room was really clean and quiet. There was a micro wave oven, a coffee maker and a tea kettle. The price was really interesting too :-) The breakfast was included in the price but really basic and only between 8 and 9am. I would recommend to have the breakfast in another place. There was only one towel in the room (but we did not ask for more). For Finland, the temperature inside the room was quite low (20°c). |

Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä pikku-hotelli.Valitsin edullisemman economy-huoneen, jossa oli jaettu hieno kph käytävällä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja hintaan nähden runsas. Asiakkaat saivat syödä pienestä buffeesta tarpeensa mukaan.En viihdy kalliissa suuressa hotellissa, koska matkustan työni puolesta paljon. Tämä oli erittäin positiivinen yllätys ja vieläpä aivan Turun sydämessä. Suosittelen !! En pitänyt aiheettomista arvosteluista, jotka ilkeät ihmiset on kirjoittanut Bookingin sivuille. Miten voi vaatia kylpyhuonetta huoneessa jos ei ole varannut sellaista. |

壁が薄いのか、朝部屋の前を人が通る音が少々気になりました。値段や駅から近い立地はいいと思うので、ただ- 寝るだけ、あまり音が気にならない人はいいのではないでしょうか。 |

Huonevarausta ei löytynyt, vaikka se oli tehty päivää aikaisemmin booking.com kautta. Suihku ja vessa käytävällä, ei huoneessa. Hotellin ulkoasu todella rapistunut. |
