The staff were so friendly at the reception. All the services were perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Perfect location. The room service does not have many choices on the menu. And also the menu is little bit too expensive.

Excellent luxury hotel, perfect for business travellers. Extremely efficient and effective staff, great rooms and services. Well located for the port, station and within walking distance of most of the main attractions in Helsinki. The buffet breakfast could be improved.

Beautiful cosy room. The bed had a tempur mat and we had a pleasant deep sleep. Very Intelligent and relaxing light planning. Good breakfast. A sauna and a good coffee might have made perfect but that is ok.

Design and proximity to the center. Breakfast. In a double room shower gel and shampoo for one. The door in a toilet isn't closed. There is no sponge for footwear and a spoon.

I have stayed at many hotels in Helsinki for business trips. Hotel Haven together with Kamp are by far the best, with Haven being my favourite. Very nice rooms, helpful staff and location on Esplanade.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The menu of brakefast was good. Although parking was included in accomodation price the was no parking for free available. I have asked a discount in amount of parking fee to be paid but no answer.

Everything was very good. The hotel met our expectations in all aspects. It's quite, peaceful and luxury place to stay in Helsinki. The Haven bar is something outstanding. Breakfast served in Havis restaurant, clean and nice decorated rooms with everything you need.

Friendly welcome and excellent front-desk staff. The club sandwich I had in the bar was awful. The restaurant staff on the first day did not take any notice of me and I did not get a cup of tea. The bar closed at 11:30, in spite of it being busy. I was alone in the bar at 12:00 the previous evening.

The staff were really freindly and the room was excellent, especially the bathroom. All in all a great hotel. It's a minor complaint, but, the restaurant was a fish restaurant and they didn't seem to offer much other than fish. The restaurant was very good but whilst we like fish we dont want it constantly. The room service menu was also very poor and basically consisted of ceaser salad, burger and fish. For a 5 star hotel I was surprised at such limited choice.

Proximity to main attractions, great morning buffet, excellent dining room, very efficient and helpful front desk staff who speak several languages. The cleaning of the room is not adequate. The bath was never cleaned after taking a bath for the 3 successive days that we stayed there.
