Staff at every point were excellent. Breakfast / restaurant was very good.

Hotel Haven is really a haven, they project it as a home away from home. It was fabulous, so cosy, comfy, front desk staff terrific, everyone went out of their way to assist, I travelled this time solo, breakfast was a bit lacking with not much fruit and cold tea, but that was rectified quickly - had to be one of the best hotel stays of my life; thank you Hotel Haven for a wonderful stay

the breakfast was a negative, i noticed some guys were ordering eggs cooked to their liking and i requested 1 poached egg; was told, the eggs on offer are the boiled eggs. not a mega issue but needs to be addressed, also cold tea served

Great staff. Very helpful, always smiling and their recommendations were always right on the money. The location couldn't be better. Near the harbor are and a short walk to shopping

The decoration was quite good. The staff quite cordial and friendly. The restaurant with warm ambiance.

The table by the window did not allow me to see through the window in relax, just leaning me on the window watching the landscape.

Always very friendly reception, the Lux rooms have a great view of the harbour, boxspring beds are a dream, location right next to the sea and close to the center is unbeatable. I especially like the design elevator with illuminated floor - this is something that other hotels always neglect

Minibar prices a bit too high (Water, Coke 6 EUR per bottle). Breakfast area a bit small

I just loved tha hotel! Luxorius, friendly, easy.

Breakfast was healthy and tasty, served in Havis restaurant. Staff really friendly and helpful. Well designed hotel. Additional services like shaving kit, kettle, etc. free of charge.

We had corner room which was a little bit smaller than it should be.

the gym is very small, and one has to get out physically of the hotel to go to any of the hotel restaurants. No convenient when its freezing outside.

Bathroom was not cleaned (we had to call the cleaning woman to clean up the bathroom), the view from the lux category room (308) was not nice, there is an disturbing mess of wires under the TV, breakfast was average and the buffet table is too small and people stand in line to get some food

The hotel bed was amazingly good.

From a five star hotel you would expect even a little bit more.

Was somewhat surprised at lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A kettle was available on request at no extra cost but a charge was made for a "tea tray".

Due to the season Christmas 2 gym machines were not working. But it was a great stay.

Beautiful, classy hotel - great breakfast in a neighboring restaurant, very lovely bar, big rooms tastefully decorated, a TV positioned in perfect view of the bathtub!! Excellent location, very nice staff. All in all a wonderful hotel.

I am a hotel manager myself and I honestly believe that your staff is an asset for your hotel especially the front desk. The housekeeping can do a bit more with the details in cleaning the room but still a very high standard Bar service very good! Breakfast good choices for all to start the day. If I will visit Helsinki again i will stay with you without thinking twice!

-We got the room with a view on the road,but i booked lux-room.Sleeping in this room was rather rowdy. -There was a lot of smell of cooking food on the 3 floor in the hall.

The hotel feels like home, quite exceptional!! Spacious and comfy rooms (we had the Comfort room), it was really good to go back to the hotel, more than just sleeping, showering. It's worth every penny/euro! Breakfast superb, staff genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, very clean, free Wi-Fi, central but quiet location.
