Great location, stylish and comfortable. The staff were all outstanding -- exactly the right manner. We were made very welcome.

The club sandwich I had in the bar was awful. The restaurant staff on the first day did not take any notice of me and I did not get a cup of tea. The bar closed at 11:30, in spite of it being busy. I was alone in the bar at 12:00 the previous evening.

Hotel Haven is a cozy hotel with style. The room was spacious with nice decor. Their breakfast was excellent and staff very professional and friendly. I real good treat!

It was a little difficult for the first time to come in with the luggage and the stroller up the stairs to the reception. It was only after arriving we were told there is an other entrance without the few steps.

Did not think the tea tray should be charged for - no hot drink facilities in room

Our stay was very pleasant and calm!

The doors are a little bit thing that is why the noise of the staff in the corridor is too loud in the room.

New. Very clean. High standard.

Conveniently located to the shopping district.

Location

6 Euros for 2 fried egg when scrambled are free is a bit of a rip off. The charge was not pointed out to me at the point of order.

Proximity to main attractions, great morning buffet, excellent dining room, very efficient and helpful front desk staff who speak several languages.

The cleaning of the room is not adequate. The bath was never cleaned after taking a bath for the 3 successive days that we stayed there.

A very attractive hotel in terms of location and facilities offered. We usually stay in 'high-end' hotels, and this is well up to the standard of such hotels. Most importantly the staff were very attentive, recognising us and very welcoming, even though we there for just 4 days. In particular the response of reception and housekeeping when small room requests were made was really fast (within a minute or two). We only had time to try two of the restaurants of the hotel: Havis and Sundman's. Both were excellent, though obviously the latter was that much grander.

These are not complaints, just minor observations. The room was slightly cool because the central heating was not on in the room itself. This seemed slightly strange as it was already in the third week of October. However a small extra radiator was brought up for us and this worked fine. The room was not serviced very early, and I did have to ask one day, though housekeeping then dealt with it immediately. My understanding is that it had been particularly busy that day.

Newly remodeled rooms were very well done. Staff was great. Breakfast selections were good and very tasty and fresh.

Tiny windows in the room I had were frustrating when you knew there was such a beautiful harbor view there.
