really nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, great atmosphere Way to the hotel garage should be much better shown. When entering to the car lift, explanation what to do or how to use elevator, should be written better. This is really needed for first time arriving people, otherwise some can loose the nerves. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. New furniture & B&O tv + tv in the bathroom You can't fully close bath & toilet sliding door in all the rooms there's always 50mm between the edge of the door and the wall -seems really strange. |

This is a new hotel, so fares are great, am sure they will go up in some little time. The hotel is really luxurious, very thoughtfully designed. It is located on a quiet street, but is just around the corner from the cathedral, market square, city's shopping district and the harbour. We were given an upgrade for a room on the 5th floor. I believe you only have panaromaic view of the harbour only starting from 5th floor, up to the 4th you are facing the courtyard. It's just good to know. |
