Staff's poor Enlish and vicious attitude; Mistakenly charged more money; Exhausted negotiation after their wrong charge... Besides, it is a hospital, with weired smell.

Quite close to West Harbour (15-20 min walk), if anybody wants to get on ferry to Estonia, but little far from town centre. Breakfast was okay, everything was very clean and overall room conditions are very good and new.

Receptionist is not available from 18.00 to 08.00, so if you come later you have to call ahead. But it was not a problem, receptionist arrived during 10 minutes at 2.00 early morning. Also it is not classic hotel, but hotel is part of clinic and hotel floor and reception is on the 5th floor.

Staff is very amicable. They do try their best. Breakfast was simple but good. Very close to Cable factory 5 min walk and close to underground, 2 stops from center. Very clean.

It was a strange experience. No sign of it being a hotel from outside. It is the 5th floor of a Clinic for cancer patients. From 6pm to 8 am there is no staff on premises, so you need a code to get in. I had problemswith ventilation very noisy and didn't sleep because of it. They gave me a discount but they still couldn't fix it. Shower has no complete cover so it splashes everywhere.

The hotel is nice, it's great to have the massage chair in the hall

Sometimes we had to ask the staff to change the towels and bring shampoo — was easy to notice during our 5-days stay.

Health Care Hotel is a really good hotel. When we came here we got very good greeting. The coffee here is one of the best, clean rooms, fantastic shampoo and beds. And parking issue had resolved here as well. All is aimed to relaxation.

Far from the center of Helsinki

Parking free and indoors. Breakfast was great and all the staff I met very friendly and helpful. Very quiet, both hotel and area. Tram station right next to the hotel. Awesome beds and pillows so good I almost wanted to buy them and take home...

The air conditioning didn't work very well in our room that was baked by the summer sun all day. First night I struggled to sleep. The other two had no issues, I always want the temperature colder than most otters. The bathroom was nicely designed and very modern, but so modern there was no shower curtain which resulted in a very wet bathroom when taking a shower.

Super clean, modern and new boutique hotel that is part of a larger collection of health care-oriented tenants. Breakfast was small but good and a city market (supermarket) was an easy 15 minute walk if you need to supplement. The core of Helsinki is a bit distant, but there was a tram station next to the hotel and a metro stop by the supermarket. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Because the hotel isn't the sole tenant and is not on the ground floor, to access it, you have to use the secure entrance at the front door and go up to the 5th floor for reception. This isn't really a problem, but call ahead if you are needing to check in outside of business hours. Limited restaurant selection within walking distance.

Very nice view from the room to the bridge and sea. Comfortable room with nice interior. Good breakfast. Good location near the tram stop: easy to center using tram and metro.

Toilet seat wasn't clean. That's why I had to give only fair for cleanness to the rating. Otherwise everything was clean, but you would expect the toilet seat to be especially clean.

The building and the rooms are very clean, modern and stylish. The bathroom, shower and A/C are in excellent condition. There is free parking in the private garage. The nearest metro station is a 5 minute walk away.

The reception may not always be staffed. In this case, you have to call a phone number and wait for the person to arrive.
