Very nice hotel. Clean. Comfortable rooms. 1 minute away from the bus shuffle place to St-Petersburg. Staff let to leave the luggage after check-out time.

The location is perfect. Just few minutes away from the city central shopping areas but still on the side enough for peaceful stay. The hotel restaurant was good as well as the bar. I personally enjoyed the nice cigar lounge they had. Not many places have that anymore. Very much focused to Finnish design. You could see design furniture all over the place and even the restaurant had a Finnish style menu. I would assume this hotel is almost perfect for someone outside Finland. The parking lot was very small but we managed to fit our car there just nicely. The parking was also free. If you want to park in the garage, it will cost you about 10€. There was also free WiFi available which is always nice. There's nothing not to like about.

I was in single and twin bed rooms there. About single room could say that it is extremely small. E.g. shower in my room was 2 to 2.5 feet. When you enter the room you see bed in front(7 feet to it) and window. There is table with TV around 4 feet to the right from bed. From the right side of entrance there is shower/toilet room(toilet room is ok size in general). So basically you have 2 spots in room for moving.... one is entrace(7x4 feet) and area between bed and table 7x4.5 feet :). Probably it is usual size, not sure, but I was my first experience of such a small rooms in Helsinki for these money... Traveling here ~5-10 times per year. Twin bed room was fine and even had a balcony... Normal size of shower cabin..etc..

Modern decoration style. Excellent food in restaurant. Breakfast good. Bathroom not upgraded, constant sound of water running above my room. Lack of communication or interest of reception staff at check out.

The idea of the hotel interior is Finnish design and nature. Stylish and cool. Ten minutes walk to railway station. Bus station and metro are even nearer. Almost in the city center but also near to the gorgeous Hietaniemi Cemetery and Hietaniemi beach. Should try the open all day sauna sometime. - I was very well served in the restaurant Helkan keittiö. Delicious home made apple cake with coffee. Good quality-price ratio.

The best thing n the hotel is the staff - very friendly. Other - just simple 3 star hotel. Price/quality is not good, but I was in the high season... so it was not indicative.

We arrived in Helsinki at 5 A.M. and there was rain. We had no idea what to do and went to the hotel to leave our luggage there until check- in. The guy on reception was so nice that he gave us a room!!! So we could rest normally in the morning and then proceed sightseeing. Don't know what we would do without him because of this weather. Everything else was also perfect. Not the first time in this hotel and definitely not the last!

I liked the room and it's style. Nice large bed for one person. Air conditioner was too loud, so I switched it off for the night. Really quiet all night, although it was Saturday. Breakfast was delicious.
