Location is enough good. Cleaness of room, there were a lot of hair in shower, also on the top of toilet bowl. And one big black hair on sink. Also I booked a double room, but got single with extra bed, which was very short and my foots were above edge. Breakfast also were very poor. The price is too high for this level. |

Good service, if you arrive outside opening hours there's a good arrangement for the key. Early breakfast, good for if you need ship from Turku. |

Fridge and internet in the room Air-conditioner functions poorly. 27.5 degrees in the room, and it's impossible to open the windows. Location isn't very comfortable. Narrow bed. |

Well located, very nice exterior design, nice breakfast and friendly people. The bed was soooo narrow (I never understand why hotels use such small beds anyway) and the sheets did not look ironed. |

Location: We came and left by bus, and Helmi is AT the bus station. It was nicely quiet on that holiday Thursday. Big room, all comforts, super beds and bath. BBC TV! We were the sole occupants on that holiday evening, so we fetched our key and info from a site nearby. This was a creative solution and showed great trust in us. Our big breakfast was left for us in our fridge. |

As expected. very clean. Good bed. The room temperature was too high. Not possibility to open a window. Apparently the temperature control of the heater, electronic control system, did not work correctly. |

Good location, 10 minutes from the centre square, bus station right across the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient. Quite clean. The reception was not working 24/7, no telephone in the room, no bath tub, really bad and cheap hair dryer (it takes a long time to dry your hair), room was quite small, too expensive for the overall services. |

Super vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hadden 1 nacht geboekt en wilde eventueel 1 nacht extra boeken als we 1 dag later met de boot van Turku naar Zweden konden gaan. Zeer goed advies gekregen over de mogelijkheden van de bootreis in combinatie met verblijf in hotel in Stockholm. Onbijtbuffet, was voldoende. Centrale ligging, op loopafstand van centrum van Turku, centraal station en tegenover bushalte i.v.m. busvervoer naar haven. |

Schönes, neu adaptiertes Zimmer. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Busbahnhof. Die Fenster waren leider nicht zu öffnen. Es gab zwar eine gute Klimaanlage, aber manchmal möchte man doch den Kopf aus dem Fenster halten (oder die verschwitzten Laufschuhe) |

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja henkilökunta miellyttävää ja ystävällistä. Autopaikka oli aivan hotellin edessä ja se oli edullinen. Saapuessani hotelliin receptionisti ei katsonut päinkään, jatkoi puhu´mistaan puhelimessa (pitkään !. Kun menin toisen kerran receptioniin, hän vaan tuijotti tietokonettaan.. ei sanonut edes: hetki, olkaa hyvä. |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja neuvoi asioissa joita tarvitsimme. Siitä kiitokset henkilökunnalle. Rauhallinen hotelli ja lapset viihtyivät hyvin, myös aikuiset. Kun ei saanut henkilökuntaa yhteyttä klo: 18.00 jälkeen.Pienin lapsi jäi ilman vuodetta. Oli unohtunut. Mutta selvisimme. Inhimmillinen erehdys minkä kyllä ymmärsimme. |

Отличное удобное местоположение. Автобусы из Питера останавливаются прямо у дверей отеля.ЖД недалеко.Тишина в номере, хотя находится отель на перекрестке нескольких дорог. Хороший завтрак, есть горячая оч вкусная каша. ни разу за четыре дня не вынесли мусор и не убирали. Плохо то, что когда ты уходишь из номера, то вынимаешь карточку и отключается все электричество, включая холодильник. |

Incheckning bra. Hotellet nyrenoverat. Frukost tillräckligt bra. Ganska centralt läge. Viktigaste bussarna stannar precis utanför. Rummet tyst förutom AC och kyl. Fönstren gick ej att öppna. (Stämde ej med brandföreskrifter.) Luftkonditionering från början inställd på iskallt, svår att förstå, svårt att få lagom temp. Ingen städning eller byte handdukar. Receptionen stängd mesta tiden, ingen att fråga. |
