観光バスなどの情報に疎い男性スタッフが二人いた 男性スタッフの態度が良くない目つきも悪い ミニバーの料金が高い

少し古さを感じるホテルですが、部屋が広く清潔で明るく快適でした。夕方、ヘルシンキに到着したのでホテル- で食事をしたのですが、欲を言えばもう少しレストランがあれば（1箇所だけでなく）良かったかなと思いまし- た。 街の中心地まではトラムで5分前後です。トラムは複数走っていて、夜遅くまでありますので、特に不便は感じ- ませんでした。 ヨーロッパ系のホテルは、照明が暗めで、バスタブがないことがほとんどなのですが、アメリカ系のホテルです- ので、明るく、バスタブもあります。もし、日本のホテルに近いイメージがよければ、このホテルはオススメで- す。

We always prefer stay in this hotel when visiting Helsinki. It is good located, has spacious nice rooms, extremely comfortable beds and perfect breakfast. Definitely we are going to stay here next time.

Although I really like this hotel, I noticed the following this time: 1)The price increased in comparison with our previous stays. 2)The new type of rooms arrived - a bay view rooms cost more than channel view ones now. This is a bit sad. 3)Our rooms was not perfectly clean (as usually) this time. It was generally ok, but could be better. 4)The breakfast menu has been changed a little. It was still good, and there was a great variety of food, but they excluded hot mushrooms, which I always like to it with their omelet, and a lovely round donuts were not there this time. But I do not this it can disappoint the guests, who visit the hotel first time:)

Bicycles are only for rend in winter, but that's not a big problem. The distances are not that big, so you can easily walk everything or take a bus at the near bus station.

Hotel is nice, Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great as always it is at Hilton hotels. The room is very clean, comfortable and we had a nice view of the river. the location is good, about 10 minutes walk from centre and train station. I didn't get to try swimming pool and sauna but looked good.

Nice staff and good location. Room had a big window and was bright and spacious.

WiFi was not included in the price which was annoying. We had to pay 10€ to use internet which is definitely too much!

We were not told about the renovervation at the hotel. We had to wait for our out hotel at the check in.

The hotel was for us super, we really enjoyed every bit of it. We definately want to continue booking our hotels at the Hilton. If you could give us a good rate for April, we will be in Hanoi from 07 - 20 April - thanks

Reception Service was excellent. Very friendly staff of the Hotel. Nice housekeeping. Sauna, swimming pool were quite enjoyable. Nice location - just 7 minutes by tram from the Central railway station.

Nothing to be disappointed about.

Nice smorgasbord. They offered to make stuff not on the bord, I.E., Swedish pancakes to go with their wonderful Finnish real maple syrup. Liked the sauna and pool setup. Wish Finnish hotels had longer hours-- but the hotel where I now am in the Arctic area (Hotel Santa Claus in Rovaniemi) has even shorter hours and no pool.

One of the desk staff seemed stiff but the others were very nice. Location is good for people visiting the business park. Is not in a good place for taxi or bus service for tourists. But the price was good.

Receptionists are very friendly and professional. Room is clean and comfortable and equipped with the safe, the electric kettle, the TV with the Russian channel.Swimming pool and sauna on the top floor is the good addition.

We were two but toilet accessories put on 1 person (shampoo etc)
