Hilton Helsinki Airport  

A wonderful bed. Breakfast was quite good, but some fruits tasted old. Breakfast-serveice was very kind.

When we came to hotel at the midnight straight from aeroplane, the service was quite harsh. The receptionist told us, we are not allowed the breakfast nex morning, coz we haven´t paid for it, even if we had. We´re lucky, when prited the order and payment with us. After that he said, that is the problem of booking.com!! They were not allowed to give us the breakfast!! WHAT!!? If I have a receipt, for what I have paid!! It´s not my problem, whose fault it was!!? And wasn`t it. I was quite angry, but okay. Just told to my son, keep allways you receipt with you!! It wasn´t very nice service for the customer.

THe sauna in the room with exellent window and wiew! Also bath was big enough. Bathrobes were nice room was nice. The

I wondered why my socks were so dirty and asked my friend then she told me to look at the floor and it was really ugly dirty!! Didnät like it at all. Luckily I am not allergig to dust. Keep vacuuming more the room floors please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent location if you need to overnight at the hotel and have a good rest before the trip.

Room was excellent and the hotel is a short walk from arrivals, so for my purposes was absolutely perfect.

The hot breakfast looked great, unfortunately almost everything I chose from the hot breakfast was either luke warm or cold! A real let down.

Liked it a lot! The room was very nice.

But was dissapointed at the receptionist who did not speak swedish (I am swedish speaking finn) and then did'n get that we booked the hotel with my full name eventhoug he looked at the passport several times. :( We were in a hurry also so we were delayed even more because He had to call booking.com at last to sort it out. Well, he did hes best anyway but it should be clear If you read someones passport where the name Is also written clearly!

The gym is a little cramped and there were no cleansers to wipe surfaces after workout. The tagliatelli I had at the restaurant was too oily and had too much chili.

Absolutely good. Everything is perfect.

Very quite and nice food

It is perfect for staying while waiting for tyour flight from Vantaa. Good location - you may get to airport on foot (5 min), parking is 2 min, In the lobby there is a machine for on-line check-in.

Price was very reasonable for Hilton, Within a walking distance from Terminal 2

It was a bit cold in the room
