공항접근성이 아주 좋고 깔끔하고 친절하다

직원분들이 친절하구요 조용하구요 짐 맡아주는게 너무 좋았습니다~~ 러기지 룸도 따로있더군요 ㅎㅎㅎ

와이파이가 로비에서 밖에 안된다는 점과.. 와이파이가 잘안되더라구요 ㅜㅜ

Excellent location, next to the airport, but still very quiet rooms.

You have to pay for internet access in the rooms; that is really a thing of the past. In this case it is especially annoying since in the airport nextdoors there is unlimited fast free wi-fi for everybody.

The service was excellent it was a no hassle service and suited my needs as I was flying verily and very late

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The service was excellent. The room was big enough and it was possible to have tea and coffe. I recommend this hotel to stay - it is worth for the money you pay

The hotel is very close to airport what was the main reason to stay for us. It has spacious rooms with facilities working well.

It's not comfortable if people're going to walk in the city.

Wi-Fi not free in all hotel. To ask 10 € per day for Wi-Fi AD 2013 is a total fiasko. That is something to be ashamed of...

Near to the Airport. Good food, but very expensive. Friendly staff.

I have asked for a wakeup call, but the reception had forgotten it.

Location cannot be better if you need to stay at the airport. Just 2 minutes walk from the arrival terminal. Nice modern and very comfortable room. Office chair in room is also very comfortable.

Breakfast not very good and bread was lousy = boring bake-off. For a Hilton the breakfast standard should be better.

Having to pay for the internet in the room, I think that for the price charged of course internet should be included. Also they said they had free internet in the public areas, tried it and doesn't work. It is not about the price it is about the concept, ...charge as much as you can...

I have never stayed in an airport hotel that was more comfortable or luxurious. The bed and willows were heavenly and the bathroom (and included cosmetics) were also first-rate. The bar and dining room were also excellent. After a long plane trip, being able to walk right to the hotel instead of dragging my bags on a bus was also a plus. In short, I give the Helsinki Airport Hilton five gold stars!

The walk from the hotel over to the Hilton is kind of shoddy (uneven steps, unadorned) but I recognize that that is probably the fault of the airport, not the hotel. ONce inside, however, there is a total transformation.

I like tis hotel because too close to the airport. You can walking very easy to this hotel from the airport only walking out from airport at Exit 2B then trun to right hand side of you, walk ahead to the way with glass roof around 10 m. then you will see lift and band of Hilton so you can go by lift to 2nd floor and you will see Hillton and 10-15 m. to the Hotel, all together to walk around 5-10 minutes.woow great.

You will can not see the way to go to this hotel from the airport by google map and that will mak you feel crazy a little bit but the real situation is very easy.

Good location at the airport. Good restaurant with a supervisor keeping an eye on staff. Modern facilities.

No instructions about how to use the air-conditioning in the room (it's not self-evident). 10 euros for Wi-Fi/night is too much.

Few minutes walk from the airport. Staffs were very kind and friendly.

A young staff gave us two free wifi codes which were very helpful, but we were too tired to ask why, maybe because we had a super late check-in around 11pm... The bed, bathroom with bathtub, and the lighting system were also very good.

There was no refrigerator in the room! A staff at reception table in the morning was rather cold. The room seemed always has some small ticking noise from nowhere and it made me a little bit hard to get into sleep...
