A wonderful bed. Breakfast was quite good, but some fruits tasted old. Breakfast-serveice was very kind. When we came to hotel at the midnight straight from aeroplane, the service was quite harsh. The receptionist told us, we are not allowed the breakfast nex morning, coz we haven´t paid for it, even if we had. We´re lucky, when prited the order and payment with us. After that he said, that is the problem of booking.com!! They were not allowed to give us the breakfast!! WHAT!!? If I have a receipt, for what I have paid!! It´s not my problem, whose fault it was!!? And wasn`t it. I was quite angry, but okay. Just told to my son, keep allways you receipt with you!! It wasn´t very nice service for the customer.

Distance from airport During check-in receptionist said that breackfest is not included in price( had to show booking note to approve it). We're waked up at 3a.M. by fire alarm system. In the morning nobody makes proper excuse for that. Hotel informed customer about change to winter time only by two small boards on reception, no advice from staff or by room tv. We're tired and unsatisfied completely after the night.

THe sauna in the room with exellent window and wiew! Also bath was big enough. Bathrobes were nice room was nice. The I wondered why my socks were so dirty and asked my friend then she told me to look at the floor and it was really ugly dirty!! Didnät like it at all. Luckily I am not allergig to dust. Keep vacuuming more the room floors please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked rate including Continental Breakfast and when I came in they mentioned that the rate was without and that it is mistake from booking to mention on webpage. they simply wanted to charge me their breakfast at 28 €. This is not correct from Hilton or Booking' side.

Relatively short undercover walk from the airport terminal to the hotel, which is nice when it is well below freezing. Executive room was nice, very clean, bed comfy and bathroom with built in sauna very nice. Took a long time to get room service to answer the telephone (had to try several different services before one person finally answered and promised to get Room Service to call us for our order), and then it took awhile to arrive, but it was delicious when it did arrive.

Room was excellent and the hotel is a short walk from arrivals, so for my purposes was absolutely perfect. The hot breakfast looked great, unfortunately almost everything I chose from the hot breakfast was either luke warm or cold! A real let down.

Liked it a lot! The room was very nice. But was dissapointed at the receptionist who did not speak swedish (I am swedish speaking finn) and then did'n get that we booked the hotel with my full name eventhoug he looked at the passport several times. :( We were in a hurry also so we were delayed even more because He had to call booking.com at last to sort it out. Well, he did hes best anyway but it should be clear If you read someones passport where the name Is also written clearly!

The modern design and open layout of the first floor. The gym is a little cramped and there were no cleansers to wipe surfaces after workout. The tagliatelli I had at the restaurant was too oily and had too much chili.

All in all a very pleasant hotel and even the soundproofing really works. The Helsinki Airport Hilton naturally has an international atmosphere. Pricier than your average hotel but locating at the airport eliminates the need for taxi/cab fares to and from the airport. This can easily make the Hilton even cheaper than hotels locating further away from the airport. Recommended! In room 380 there is a loose piece of trimming right next to the door where the doors safety latch is located. Please fix this.

It is perfect for staying while waiting for tyour flight from Vantaa. Good location - you may get to airport on foot (5 min), parking is 2 min, In the lobby there is a machine for on-line check-in.
