personalen o närhet till flyget frkostpersonalen plockade besticken gnom att ta i den del man sätter i munnen såg inte bra ut . Anmärkte på det servitören tackade |

Den vänliga och mycket serviceminded personalen. Mycket bra läge i förhållande till flygplatsen. Roomservice menyn saknades på rummet. |

Närhet till flygterminalerna Svenska inte accepterat - personalen byter till engelska utan att be om ursäkt. Ohövlig, maktfullkomlig attityd hos personalen vid disken och i restaurangen. |

Nära till flyget. Smidig checkin checkut. Fräscht och trevlig personal. Tyst o mörkt när man sov. Ljust rum på dagen. Dyra måltider. |

Närheten till Flygplatsen Den löjliga "buren", badrummet, man ser ju rakt in på toaletten, där vill man normalt vara i fred. Sätt åtminstone upp gardiner så att den som vill kan vara avskild. |

Friendly staff, wireless Internet, clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. It was quite cold in the room (and bathroom), and difficult to adjust the heating. Also, why is there a transparent glass wall between the room and the bathroom, facing the windows of the next building? I think most of us would prefer privacy when visiting the bathroom. |

I liked the staff, they were all very nice and helpful. The room was very good, clean and cosy. The hotel location gives you possibility just to make a short walk to get to the airport and it is not far from the shopping and city centres as well. |

We had a early flight to catch and therefore the convenien location of the hotel was great. Really easy to acces airport and have a good night sleep before the flight. very good location close to the airport, very good facilities |

Restorant close at 23:00 but some flight aeeives later. Breakfast starts just at 6:00 (sat-sun 06:00) but some flights goes earlier. :-(( |

Good design of the room, proximity to the airport. The hotel is good but a bit too expensive for the quality of available facilities. It was a surprise that breakfast is not included and on spot is 25 euros per person. The aircondition was set for the temperature not less then 21 degrees, however I like to sleep in cooler environment. |

They set up wake up call10 minutes earlier then requested. Not very tragical, but still robbed me 10 minutes of sleep :-( |

Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Buffet breakfast and access to gym sauna and internet. Other facilities available however we did not have time to take advantage of them. Great room service. The ensuite had no privacy due to a window between the bathrrom and bedroom areas. This provided awkwardness, embarassment and just annnoyance. No matter how close you are to someone you don't need to see those things. |

They could not fix the problem with the internet. I couldn't log on. They didn't have a technician. So i had to use the Mc Donalds for getting Internet. |

The staff was excellent, and I had a great dinner at the restaurant. The convenience of being right at the airport can't be beat, especially with an early morning flight. The charge for the wireless internet was awfully high; a hotel of this level should offer free wireless as part of the basic room charge. |
