From the year 1937 the cozy Hotel Hirvi, centrally located in Äänekoski, has been offering comfortable accommodations close to all local transportation services.

At Hotel Hirvi guests also have a spacious relaxation area consisting of 2 saunas and an indoor swimming pool. All room rates include breakfast, evening sauna and pool use from Monday to Thursday. Some guest rooms offer a free, wireless internet access.

Hirvis in-house restaurant serves dinner from Monday to Thursday. For groups lunch and dinner can be pre-booked. The nightclub Hirven Talli is the place to go for late night entertainment and it is popular among hotel guests and locals, from Wednesday to Saturday.

Hotel Hirvis guests can also make use of the excellent parking facilities. Sockets for car engine heaters are available upon request.

На дороге E75 (финская 4) - ААНЕКОСКИ - самый крупный населенный пункт на участке между ЮВЯСКУЛЯ и КЕМИ. Везде - глушь как в Карелии. Только дорога и еще без заправок. Удивительно. Avaimen saa hotellin baarista, ja esim. aamiainen toimii itsepalveluna = aamiaishuoneen kahvinkeitin porisemaan ja ruokatarvikkeet esiin jääkaapista. Luksusta tai palvelua tästä hotellista on viikonloppumatkustajan turha hakea, mutta yöpymispaikkana toimii oikein hyvin. En tunne hotellin ja motellin määritelmiä, mutta laittaisin tämän ehkä jälkimmäiseen kategoriaan. En muistanut mainintaa nähneeni, joten kaivoin iPadistani hotelli Hirven sivun ja pyysin näyttämään maininnan hissittömyydestä. Ei löytynyt. Kehotin kojaamaan esitteen tältä osin, mutta vastaus oli, että ei johto heitä kuitenkaan kuuntele!!! Hissi tai ei hissiä on olennainen asia vakavasta keuhkosairaudesta kärsivälle, kuten minä, kun huone on 3. kerroksessa.
