Holiday Inn Helsinki West - Ruoholahti  

Quiet place with nice views place but still close to the city center and to a metro station (somenthing not so easy in Helsinki give the limited metro network). There's a medium sized Shopping Center just across the street wich is helpfull. Nice and spacious rooms. Even cleaning ladies did speak good english!

Extremely expensive parking (21 euros / day) for a non central location. And even with that price the service was low quality as you had to ask the reception to open the door each time. At least 4 times I had to wait 15 mins for someone on the reception to open the door as there was no one around at all.

Great hotel. Of course a bit expensive but you get your money's worth. Great beds, nice view, breakfast is fresh and good, great service.

It's in Helsinki West so a walk to city centre takes you about 15 mins. Metro is nearby though, so you can take that one. Hotel is near some harbour terminals (Tallink lines).

Close location to city and shops across the road.

The dining room could have had cleaner table covers.

I liked that the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the hotel was easily reachable from the center of the city and had a quite big shopping center nearby.

The windows from the room cannot be opened.

I went in the winter time, room was a bit cold even if I turned the heater on max.

The cleaning room. It was three days, and nobody renew tea. You don't have slippers at room. It quite strange to go with winter shoes into Sauna.

Excellent value for your money! Large room, excellent bed, making for some of my most relaxing nights, comfortable bathroom. The location is close to a subway, which is 2 stops from the city center.

It's calm place near the center of Helsinki. We have good relax and have a good breakfast.

Sauna and room were nice, breakfast was very good, staff was helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

Новый отель, внутри все хорошо оформлено, зелень и картины. Очень приветливый персонал (русского не знают, но по-английски без проблем все решается). Очень классный номер (чистый, убранный), кровать очень большая и удобная, на выбор дают несколько видов подушек. В номере есть чайник и чай/кофе (бесплатно), а также минибар, телевизор (есть русский канал), кабель для интернета и тд. В ванной — все очень чисто и опрятно, есть все принадлежности, а если вы что-то забыли дома (например, зубные щетки) — их вам с радостью выдадут на ресепшн. Есть подземная тепла парковка, очень удобно — от нее прямо на лифте можно подняться на ваш этаж или на ресепшн. Очень довольны тем, что мы остановились именно в этом отеле, в будущем будем останавливаться еще.
