It was a modern convenient hotel situated less than ten minutes walk from the Metro. The a/c didn't work and the room was too hot for our liking, although the Finns seem to like it that way. The not-included breakfast was incredibly expensive and quite mean.

Quiet place with nice views place but still close to the city center and to a metro station (somenthing not so easy in Helsinki give the limited metro network). There's a medium sized Shopping Center just across the street wich is helpfull. Nice and spacious rooms. Even cleaning ladies did speak good english! Extremely expensive parking (21 euros / day) for a non central location. And even with that price the service was low quality as you had to ask the reception to open the door each time. At least 4 times I had to wait 15 mins for someone on the reception to open the door as there was no one around at all.

The staff is very friendly. The location is good (3 min from Metro). A lot of amenities in the room. The bed is very comfortable. There are tea set with a kettle in the room. Sauna is very good. The view from the window. The price for the breakfast. The breakfast was not that unusual for this price.

Nice location Even though we paid €110 per night, we did not have wifi. To have it we needed to pay an extra charge of €3.5. Even in a hostel is for free

Quiet silent. Good breakfast. Wide choice of dishes. Nice gym. In room nice panoramic view to the gulf. The fan, save, led tv, freez are presented in the room. Very good noise protection. Pretty far from center (by walk). Business area are there, so it means no actions for turists. Expensive parking 22eur/night. Separate saunas and only at night. No bath suits, slippers.

I loved it that even if the hotel hadn't seen my request for a bathtub, when I mentioned it at check-in, the lovely lady moved me up to the ninth floor, to a nicer room with a bathtub (only one room with a bath tub per floor). The room was really nice, the bed and pillows superb. Most of the staff was very friendly and service oriented. There was a great room service menu available, much nicer than in most Helsinki hotels. When leaving, the lady at the check-out counter was very nice and went the extra mile to make up for the mess with the breakfast. I would definitely visit this hotel again. I ordered the room service Classic breakfast and was sorely disappointed. For almost thirty euros I expect more than fruit salad out of a jar, hot chocolate from a bag, a boiled egg. The bread selection was nice, but didn't manage to make up for it. Also be adviced that the breakfast can only be gotten in the opening hours of the hotel breakfast, which is pretty late in the weekend. Nobody will inform you of this, the breakfast will only not arrive at the ordered time. This was the only time I encountered snotty service from the person at the reception. Breakfast is not included in the hotel price and I would not recommend it. You're better served by a nearby café. (much more affordable also)

Nice and cozy interior, good location, good price. Sauna is separated to women and man, so it's not possible to have sauna for a couple (even one big sauna for all would be better). Shower was leaky in room. Wi-fi is paid.

Very helpful professional staff, clean room, excellent shower, 2 free bikes for all guests in the hotel, great view on 9th floor/executive room, flexible with booking rooms (i could add some nights without problems; fast response) Water leaked a bit in the bathroom during a shower. One towel and the problem was solved. Can recommend this hotel to everyone!

In my opinion this hotel is really good! (Price+quality) It's situated very closed to the metro station Ruoholahti and it takes only 5 min to go the central station! The region is not very peaceful but this case smooths over the location and comfort in my opinion! Breakfast is very ordinary... Also I liked such options like sauna and small gym!
