The ice-maker machine placed in the corridor didn't work.

Thought all facilities and staff were excellent. Breakfast great.

Did not realise that the hotel was so far from centre of Helsinki.

It is very quiet place, nice sleep I had there, breakfast was very good, fresh and delicious.

Its too expensive for the few services the hotel provides, old furniture, cold rooms, no slippers included. Its not the level of 4 star hotel!

Good location for my purpose of visit (2 stops by metro to city center); good various breakfast; clean, comfortable room with all necessary things; friendly, competent staff.

it would be easier if the wifi was included in the price. The extra 3Euros for wifi and the everytime puttin in the long password into the iphone just to check something quickly makes it a bit unconvenient.

Great internet connection. Very good gym. Good breakfast. You can park outside during the weekend

Location is OK if you have a car or don't mind walking 10 minutues to the nearest metro station

Very comfortable rooms and designs. Everything was eye-pleasuring and friendly, numbers are very cozy.

Unfriendly staff - some unbelievably rude cleaning lady tried to get me out from the lobby, while it was not her business at all. This cleaning woman made me extremely annoyed. Nevertheless the Hotel itself is nice and welcoming.

It's very close to the metro, just two stops to the central rail station.

Everyday, breakfast is totally the same. I eat the same food several days.

Nice service, rooms are fine as well, good location if your business takes you to western Helsinki or Espoo.

Small details : It is impossible to charge mobile phone and switch off the lights at night, and the breakfast organization is a mess.

very good sound isolation. The room was facing a big high traffic road but no sound inside. Secure and safe hotel. You can use the elevator only by your key. Parking underground.

Breakfast is not included in room rate and rather expensive. Just to get the feeling of a fair rate, but down the end the price is the same with other hotels in Helsinki.

Modern, spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Large and well equiped gym. Better value for money than hotels in the city centre. Still the centre can be reached easily by foot or nearby metro ( just two stops from central station).

No breakfast was included in the room rate, but there is a shopping mall across the street. The neighbourhood Is not very interesting but kampi area can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or metro. Windows can not be opened. Private sauna needs to be booked well in advance.

Hotel rates is reasonable

Not enough counter staff especially in the morning when a lots of customers check out, there are always a long queue

The room was nice and with very nice view, despite it being very close to the motorway it was very quiet.

I had to wait 10 minutes in hte reception before I could check-in as there was no staff in the reception or in the lobby bar so the whole place looked completely deserted. There room was very dusty, every surface was covered with thick dust.

The staff is very friendly. The location is good (3 min from Metro). A lot of amenities in the room. The bed is very comfortable. There are tea set with a kettle in the room. Sauna is very good.
