The hotel has a very nice poolarea. Excellent when you travel with chidren. The staff is very service minded and helpful. Even if the hotel is a little bit outside the city is easy to go by bus. The bus stop is at the front of the hotel. We arrived by boat from sweden and took one bus to the citycenter were we had to change and take an other bus to the hotel. If you want to stay in the center of the city this might not be the hotel you should choose. But however, its easy with the bus.

Spa complex Internet absence in the room (quite unexpected): the internet cable was out of work, WI-FI only at the reception, very poor breakfast, absence of the restaurants in the hotel (only 1 which is every time full of visitors), all the places to eat in the hotel are closed on Sunday and Monday eveninig, absence of the dinner buffee during the working days.

The spa is very nice. The breakfast is good. The so called family room is as small as the other rooms, with an extra bed and an extra mattress on the floor. It is manageable for one night but not very comfortable.

friendly atmosphere! Calm and relaxing hotel) Just to spend your weekends especially if you have small children! I booked a family room separated in two small according to the pic on their web-site. When we came we were told that t it was just a pic one of their best room, which in hotel wasn't! So be careful and make sure what exactly you are booking!!!

Breakfast Room when you have to sleep at floor cannot cost 206 euro per night in Turku, hotel staff always forgot to tell something, waiters in cafe always forgot to bring part of your order. Swimming pools are dirty.

удачное расположение. до центра 15 мин пешком. можно взять велосипед напрокат - рядом много зелени, дорожки. недалеко речка с живописной плотиной.приятное спа. в номере вообще не убирались, только поменяли полотенца.очень шумный кондиционер, отключить или перестроить невозможно. очень душно. в окне открывается только одно форточка, причем затянутая плотной сеткой, так что воздух почти не проходит. узкие кровати. тесноватый номер. очень дорогой отель для таких скромных удобств.

Отель отлично подходит для отдыха с детьми. Самый большой плюс - наличие бассейнов и аквапарка. Также на территории отеля можно поиграть в мини гольф.Так что, не выходя из гостиницы, можно чем-то заняться, если с погодой не повезло. В ресторанах отеля есть детское меню. До центра Турку от отеля ходят рейсовые автобусы, ехать минут 10. Номера маленькие, не очень соответствуют огромным холлам и коридорам отеля. Плохая уборка номеров, полотенца не меняли 3 дня. (Пришлось ловить уборщицу в коридоре и просить поменять)

Удобно очень отдыхать в аква парке. Из номера в аквапарк на лифте в халатах и обратно. В этот раз удивил персонал с уборкой. В первый день девушка постучалась и начала открывать своим ключом в 8 утра номер. Я попросил зайти через час поскольку ребенок еще спал. И после этого за три дня не убрались ни разу.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Отель направлен на отдых с детьми, одиноким парам нужно учесть, что там довольно шумно. Отличный расширенный континентальный завтрак. Номера маленькие, но чистые. В холлах большое количество зон для отдыха, есть бильярд, мини гольф и Wii комната. Рестораны и бары работают допоздна. СПА чистое, все продумано, даже при большом количестве людей не чувствуешь себя стесненным. Очень порадовал горячий уличный бассейн и дворик с уличными саунами (баня по-черному и древесная).Отель расположен рядом с трассой на Хельсинки, не нужно кружить по городу. Понравилось все. Отлично провели семейный weekend!

Lemmikin saattoi ottaa mukaan. Aamiaisella ei tarjottu lämmintä/kuumaa maitoa lattekahvia varten ja kahvi oli todella pahaa melkein juomakelvotonta. Monet artikkelit olivat pitkään loppu, täydennystä sai odotella. Huone oli kolmelle + koiralle todella pieni. Jos Turussa olisi ollut tilaa jossakin muussa koiran hyväksyvässä hotellissa, olisimme valinneet sen. Hissikapasiteetti ei riittänyt alkuunkaan ruuhka-aikoina eikä portaikkoa voinut kohtuullisella vaivalla löytää mistään (lienee myös turvallisuuskysymys). Hissit ovat todella pienet.

Siisti ja kiva paikka. Lähtöpäivänä siivooja tuli ensimmäisen kerran huoneeseen n. 8.30 ja kävi neljä kertaa ennen kello 12.00 katsomassa olemmeki lähteneet. Koputti kyllä mutta tuli huoneeseen, tästä emme ehdottomasti pitäneet! Huone oli maksettu kahteentoista asti.

Kylpyläosasto oli kiva ja monipuolinen. Lisäksi kulku sinne suoraan hissillä huoneista kylpytakeissa oli kätevää, samoin kuin siellä ruokien&juomien ostaminen rannekkeella. Kylpylän vuoksi hotellia voi kuitenkin suositella, jos haluaa mennä vedestä nauttimaan. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Standard huone oli liian pieni 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle, osa huonekaluista piti nostaa käytävään, jotta lisäpatjan sai mahtumaan. Oletin, että perhe mahtuu huoneeseen, koska sitä myydään 2+2 hlö:lle. Yleisilme huoneissa jo melkoisen kulahtanut. Alakerran ravintola (Havannassa) ruoan tulo kesti pitkään (45min).

Caribia oli pettymys, vaikka aamiainen olikin ihan hyvä. Yövyn Turussa jatkossa muualla. Huonoa olivat vastaanoton pitkät jonot ja henkilökunnan hidas reagonti asiakkaaseen tiskin takana silloinkin, kun olin ainoa asiointia odottava. Meitä matkalaisia oli kaksi ja varasin molempien huoneet, mutta ne eivät olleet vierekkäin eikä vierekkäisiä huoneita saanut järjestettyä. Äänieristys huoneiden seinissä oli olematon. Olisin voinut uutisia nojatuolissa katsoessani seurata naapurihuoneen normaalia keskustelua vaivatta. Onneksi 'naapurini' ihan fiksua väkeä, jotka menivät nukkumaan puolen yön jälkeen. Ilmanvaihto voimistui puolilta öin - raitis ilma tietysti hyvä - ja laitteiston desibelien määrä vaikeutti nukahtamista ja häiritsi unta.

аквапарк, завтраки и ужины, ежедневно чистые халаты,большая просторная сауна,автобус в центр города останавливается прямо у отеля,хороший тренажёрный зал!!!, бесплатный wifi. уборка номера,при сдвигании кроватей обнаружили грязный пол,мусор.(видно редко под ними убирают)-до нашего отъезда так и не убрали,качество халатов,ужин дорого стоит,плохо отапливаемый отель(в номерах,холле,аквапарке холодно),кроме аквапарка зимой нет развлечений,мало тв каналов.платная парковка!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotellielämän ja kylpylätoiminnan yhdistäminen onnistuu loistavasti. Huoneessa on takit, tohvelit ja voiteet. Kylpylässä on erinomaiset hierovat vedet ja paljon erilaisia altaita. Pesutiloissa on välillä likaa lattialla, vaikka sitä toisena päivänä koneella ajettiin, niin ei sitä helposti saa pois. Myös kylpylän puolella on ruokaa lattialla johtuen Hesen sijainnista.

Iso allasalue, lapset huomioitu hyvin. Varasin huoneen "Superior - Kahden hengen huone - Twin/Double", mutta hotellihenkilökunta väitti, että varaus on standard huoneeseen. Eli ensin meidät sijoitettiin standard huoneeseen ja saimme varaamamme huoneen, ja lisävuoteen, vasta niitä pyydettyämme.

Vesipuisto oli ihan hauska, toki se kaipaisi pientä päivitystä. Hotellissa ja kylpylässä kaikki oli kovin kuluneen oloista. Huoneet olivat aika kylmiä, eikä lämpöä saanut säädettyä korkeammaksi. Yleisvaikultelma suhteellisen ankea.
