The "child"-bed is a sofa bed that is not very comfortable for the older children (eg 12 yo) ALso, dinner choice was limited

Location is fine, nature, parking is under your window, swimming pool, room is not small.

Floor in the room was very dirty, we've been with small child, so it was terrible for us! In the morning we waked up due to it was very cold, I checked radiator, didn't work!

Its location, easily accessible by public transport. all winter attractions offer pick-up from the hotel or very close to. Very good in-house restaurant.

Swimming pool not included in price. Extra 18 euro per person for 2.5 hours of use. The basic television services are poor. Would have chosen a cheaper hotel just across the road!

The swimming pool did not work on Sunday...but on web site www.booking.com there was no any information that it will be closed on Sunday, its very bad.on the web site there is only information about hours of working SPA but pool and SPA - different things. By that time on sunday there were swimming groups of local people living in Saariselka and Ivalo but no entry for guests of hotel, our kids were very disappointed so as we also.The stuff on desk even did not say "we are sorry" they just said it doesnt work.Your small town life only due to tourists but such bad attitude to tourists from Russia. I will not recomend to anyone this gloomy hostel....can not say that it is Hotel PS. the room was even without carpet but on web site all rooms with carpets and much better on pictures then in reality.

Nice for us

The hotel is in the centre of Saariselka with lots of restaurants/shops close to hand and the ski centre is a short drive. A ski bus stops every hour at the hotel for guests without a car. The hotel has a large spa complex, which is popular with non-residents as well as hotel guests. The rooms are well equipped and although the hotel is large, our room was quiet and we were not disturbed by other guests. The hotel had a very nice a la carte restaurant that served delicious food at reasonable prices.

The hotel was very large and sprawling, and to us seemed rather impersonal. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide variety of foods, but some of it suffered from being mass-produced. The decor in places was very dated and tired looking.

Holiday Club Saariselka is an excellent place for a family vacation. It provides all the facilities for a great rest. The staff is friendly and ready to help, everybody speaks English well. What we like most of all about the hotel is that there're three restaurants right in the same building, so you may go out without putting on your coats and winter boots. Besides, there's a special small swimming pool for little kids in the swimming pool area. The main swimming pool has different-depth areas with the markers - it makes swimming easy and relaxing. no surprises for the beginners. On the whole the Holiday Club Saariselka makes an unforgettable impression - it's worth staying there!

the jacuzzi and a big wave did not work in the morning when visiting sauna and swimming pool is free of charge for the guests of the hotel.

Отсутствие холодильника в номере, время работы спа, отвратительный интернет

Доброжелательный персонал, хороший завтрак, расположен в центре

Уют и идеальная чистота в номере. Приветливый персонал. Удобная и бесплатная парковка. Природа.

При бронировании номера было сказано, что в стоимость проживания входит посещение аквапарка - оказалось, что за эту услугу надо платить отдельно 10 евро.

очень холодный бассейн, все заболели.( бассейн надо оплачивать отдельно. все старое, номера как кельи. за эти деньги в том же рованиеми можно намного комфортней остановиться. езжу в финляндию часто, второй раз останавливалась в этом отеле, цена немалая, комфорта никакого. еда - отвратная! даже омлет, который я в финке всегда обажаю, здесь вообще ни о чем. сначала заселили вообще в какой то жуткий номер, даже холодильника не было, потом после возмущения переселили. пожалели что остановились в этом отеле. нет смысла портить отдых, едьте дальше. финляндия прекрасна, но от этого отеля у вас может испортиться все впечатление об этой стране.

Huoneessa ei jääkaappia, hiihtoa harrastava pulassa vaatteiden kuivatuksessa, suksien voitelupaikka surkea, aamupalalla aina kaurapuuroa ja muutenkin samalainen joka aamu. Kylpylässä käynti ei sisältynyt majoitukseen

Ravintola Rakka,,, tilasin cesar salaatin ja kysyin tarjoilija tytöltä etteihän vain ruuassa ole valkosipulia koska olen allerginen. Kävi keittiössä ja kertoi että kastikkeessa on valkosipulia. Pyysin kastikkeen ilman valkosipulia. Ei onnistunut koska muuta vaihtoehtoa ei ollut. Eikä suostuttu tekemään koska asiakkaita oli.Jos sää olisi ollut parempi olisin vaihtanut paikkaa, nyt tyydyin syömään salaattini ilman kastiketta. Hintaan se ei kuitenkaan vaikuttanut. En voi suositella muille.

Likte at bostedet var så sentralt, og at det var tilbud til yngere barn rett ved hotellet, slik som Angrybirds activitypark. God og variert frokostbuffe, som passet både store og små.

Dårlig at det ikke fantes en eneste norsk tv-kanal. Bassenget burde åpnet tidligere enn 12 søndager, slik at det var rom for å bade før man forlot hotellet.

aparte prijs, 10 euro, voor sauna en zwemmen. vroeger was het ingegrepen.

Nærheten til naturen,kort avstand til skiløyper/bakker.

Vi likte alt,ikke noe negativitet.

Perheemme majoitettiin tilavaan rivitalo-osakkeeseen hotellihuoneen sijasta. Osake oli erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Myös kylpylä ja Angry Birds-puisto sopi meille todella hyvin.
