Parking is a 200-metre walk from the entrance, where it is difficult to stop even to load/unload (staff warn you may be towed away). OK in summer. not so good in winter or bad weather.
The waterpark is not as good as at nearby Imatrankylpyla. It does have a couple of slides and dancing fountains, but lacks a lot of other things, including an ordinary pool for serious swimming. I managed to turn upside down in the large slide, which wasn't a pleasant experience, although I should probably blame that on my weight.
Pleasant woodland/lakeside setting. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony and "sitting room" area as well as two generous-sized beds.
Breakfast. contrary to what I read in other reviews, was very good with a wide choice of cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit and berries, cold cuts, cheeses, even waffles to make yourself. And it was all still available up to the end of the sitting.
Evening restaurants are all expensive.
