Cancellation
If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Closeness to the waterside and recreational slopes/paths in the wood. Closeness to the city center. Spacios rooms with great views. Serviceminded staff with humor and contact abilities. Restaurant area a bit low-cielinged, worn-down and dark. |

huonoeet olivat mukavan viileät ja hyvin ilmastoidut, vuoteet kelvolliset, eivät liian pehmeät, äänieristys oli verrattain hyvä se, ettei booking.comin kautta tekemäni varaus ollut mennyt perille, en tiedä onko vika teidän vai heidän, mutta tieto ei ollut saavuttanut viikkoa aikaisemmin tehdystä varauksesta (josta olin saanut teiltä vahvistuksen) koskaan hotellia - onneksi löytyi "korvaava" huone samaan hintaan |

Hotelli on hienolla alueella, hyvien yhteyksien päässä ja hyvässä kunnossa. Sviitti oli tilava ja siistissä kunnossa. Langatonta verkko yhteyttä ei ollut, sviitin mainostuksessa käytetty "parveke näköalalla järvelle" oli liiottelua, toisen kerroksen huoneessa näköalat oli kyllä jopa häiritsevästi parkkipaikalle (ja sieltä suoraan sisään). |

Lämmin sauna omassa sviitissä oli kiva yllätys. Kaunis huoneisto, ihanat näköalat. Sijainti mukavasti kaupungin kupeessa. Vaatimattomasti varusteltu keittiö. Mielestäni olisi pitäntyt olla lasisto, aterimet ym. neljälle henkilölle |

Ruoka oli hyvää ja muita palveluita emme ehtineet edes käyttää. AInoa huono puoli oli, että huoneen sai vasta klo 14. Minulle oli soitettu aiempana päivänä ja kysytty tulemaan esittelytilaisuuteen ja ilmoitin silloin tuloaikamme mutta silloin olisi jo voinut ilmoittaa, että huonetta ei voi saada klo 12 jälkeen vielä. |
