Great location and a great hotel. Nice & friendly staff.

The room was big enough and the equipments were nice. There was a sauna at 2F.

The Free WiFi: need to be set up every time with a code, and sometimes it didn't work.

Excellent localisation. The hotel "sits" on top of both central railway and central bus station, which makes connections to practically all the places in Helsinki (and in Finland, in fact) very easy. On the other hand, the hotel is designed in such a way the possible noise is minimised. Breakfast, facilities etc. are all the level one might expect from a 4-star hotel.

I purchased extra WiFi connection and then I discovered there is a wired Internet connection in the room. Well, maybe I should have read the hotel information better (or somebody in the reception should have told me).

1. The location is great whether you come to helsinkiby flight or train. 2. The room was spacy and well designed. Bathroom was very comfortable. 3. Great view over the train station, and at the same time very quit.

The breakfest is very expensive - 18€ per person per day. I can't imagine what should it include to match the price.

Excellent location. Competent personnel. In room there are all necessary things.You can stay for a short time.

The lack of bathrobes and Slippers. Do not open the window. The noise from the air-conditioners. Lack of ventilation in the toilet.

I like this Hotel, the location is absolutely convenient: near the station, at a walking distance from the places of interest. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. The business centre. Good restaurant.

Great facilities and location, excellent and cheap wifi, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and the heated bathroom floor was wonderful after coming in from -14c outside temperatures!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is great, right next to train station. Can walk to many see-sighting point in couple of minutes. Shopping malls, super markets, bars are around. People are friendly offering travel information, call Taxi, and do anything they can help.

I was not given the room I ordered buyout. The reason for refusal - was that there are provided an extra bed for a child, although I received confirmation from buking.com that the bed will be. The room was poorly cleaned.

Excellent location: the hotel is situated close to the Helsinki Central Station, which offers quite a few types of transport facilities (train, bus, tram, underground). Room soundproofed.

There is one Russian tv channel which doesn’t work.

Location is very good, city center and shopping centers are in walking distance. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to train station (we were travelling by train). Our room, beds, bathroom were good. While the hotel is situated near the train station, it was very quietly in the room, noise insulation is very good.

Unfortunately, breakfast is not included in the room price and its price is relatively high (if you still decide to have a breakfast at the hotel). I knew this before booking, so it's not a surprise. Nevertheless it would be better if the hotel provided at least a continental breakfast. Our room view was not very pleasant (platforms and suburban trains). In spite of these drawbacks we like our stay at the hotel.
