Holiday Inn Helsinki-Vantaa Airport    

Location is excellent and the hotel works very well for business stay with pricelevel in acceptable range.

Service in restaurant in dinner time was bad.

First of all ours Standard room was from Brezhnev time. Specially poor was a bathroom. Wooden door frames needed paint. Shower space was without door and a floor was wet after shower. My wife found black hairs on her pillow. Lamplights did not worked as they should.

I thought the staff were very nice,we came to finland for a mini holiday and they printed us bus timetables etc.

The shower was horrible,hated it basically making a lake then we had to sweap it as if we worked there. As to qu. number 5 i would recommend it for people who are in Helsinki for a business meeting and would only be staying 1night but to others sorry no.

We stayed at the hotel for one night only during transfer from one flight and waiting for another. Location is very good if you need to have rest between the flights, free bus will deliver you from the airport to the hotel and back in 10 minutes. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy.

Same as ever - good breakfast, nice staff and an indoor smoking room. And the lamb steak for dinner was excellent

Front Desk Staff consisted of a Trainee who compensated her lack of skill with arrogance and rudeness. Not something you expect from a Holiday Inn hotel. Avoid this hotel in future

Free bus to the airport every 20 minutes, only takes 10 minutes. Big shopping center with movie theater is only 5 minutes walk away.

Room was very small, barely enough space to open the bag.

I had an incident that my mobile fell into the elevator pit and there was no technitian in the hotel. The reception manager was extremely helpfull and did not leave this problem unsolved!! His name is Tuomas he is extremely loyal both to the Hotel and its Clients!!

Because the Hotel did not have a technitian on shift I was charged 250 Euro to bring an outside technitian. I agreed beforehand and I did not want to argue with this kind reception personel so I paid. I think that the Hotel should have contributed due to the fact that no technitian was in the Hotel.

It is just a "normal" business hotel without any specifically positive to mention.

Operation hours of airport shuttle bus do not cover the operation hours of th airport. There is no service anymore when you arrive in time by the late flight from Copenhagen at 01:15 hrs. a.m. You need to take a taxi at additional costs - and the taxi driver will not be happy for that short ride. Location of hotel in a dead business district with no chance of alternative restaurants around.

Very good location! Only 10 min from airport with free airport shuttle-bus. Bus goes every 20 min from Terminal 1, bus point Nr.9. Good breakfast selection. You can book only room without breakfast and decide on spot either take it or not. Additional breakfast cost 16 Eur per person, but is is worth the money you spent.

First off all it was difficult to find bus point Nr.9, but actually it's from of exit from Terminal 1. (Please hotel administration add info where to find bus point Nr.9). Hotel room is average size - acceptable, but bathroom is small in my opinion.

Girl with a smirk retsepshena when my husband asked to pour beer in the morning. It was hours of 9 am, we left for the airport, and it was the last opportunity to form an impression about this drink in Finland, as the visa expired.
