The staff was incredible even when there was a huge holiday in Finland, the person in the reception desk was always very helpfull. Room was clean, big and also well located within 10 minutes walking from the railway station.

location underground parking place is not convenient, difficult to drive in/drive out as compared to other Finnish hotels; room was very small, booking.com says it has 20 sq. meters, but this is obviously not true

Fine hotel new and modern. Staff are happy to assist and answer questions. Very spacious rooms in the 7th floor. "Executive rooms" very close to city center. Just 10 minutes walking across the corner.

The staff is friendly and very efficient. The hotel is located within walking distance from the station. The rooms are large and very well equipped . The internet is easily accessible, speedy and free of charge.

It's in a reasonably good location a short walk from the station. The room was smallish but well equipped and very quiet and comfortable. As ever in Finland, food and drink is very expensive.

Exceptionally nice adn friendly staff, we got help with all the bookings at other sites, clear directions. The hotel has a very good restaurant, we ate there in the evenings, they have delicious food. Very clean, queit and comfortable rooms. Tea, coffee in the room, ironing board and iron, selection of pillows. Excellent place to stay.

I was upgraded to an Executive room with en-suite sauna.The sauna came with timer and temperature regulator so that I could set the time and the temperature in order to find it ready for my return to the room.Excellent and very professional service.Good beds, good pillows and linen, as usual with ihg properties.Nice view from the sauna-hot tub on the 8th floor.Location and quaintness of the district The lamp beside my bed had a dimmer and a power-saving type of bulb.No wonder it could not work.Temperature in the room could not be regulated and the window could not open completely

I stayed there with my boyfriend and we had so many things to do, so we didn't spend so much time in the hotel. But hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Also bathroom was very nice. Summer is hot, so ac was really important! Anyway, I had really good time! Staff was qualified, but I think they should be more friendly or more smiling. We got everything what we needed (we didn't have toothpaste with us), but i got the feeling that receptionist was thinking that we just wanted because it was free.

Hyvä perushotelli. Kahvinkeittomahdollisuus oli hyvä. Aamupalan kuulumattomuus oli varsin mielenkiintoista. Kyseessä oli kyllä ale-huone, mutta tähän mennessä kaikkiin ale- hintaisiin huoneisiin, joissa olen ollut on kuulunut aamupala (ja hinnat ovat olleet vielä tätä edullisempia).

удобное месторасположение. завтрак хоть не изобильный ,но вкусный. хороший номер, удобное дополнительное место для ребенка. простая и достаточно просторная парковка,есть теплый паркинг. тихо и уютно. мы были в отеле в числе немногих постояльцев,поэтому проблем при посещении сауны не возникло, но для такого большого отеля ее размеры явно маловаты.
