Holiday Inn Turku    

Заказывал большой номер, но без предупреждения был заселен в мелньнький, как потом выяснилось из-за отсутствия большого номера с одной большой кроватью. Номера немного обшарпанные.

Nice localization. Good breakfasts. Silence.

Clean and quiet. Good flatscreen TV, good location. Staff ok.

No free wifi, only cable internet, Parking was extra 8 euros.

Hotel is pretty 1980's all round. Especially bathroom.. Towels weren't entirely clean. Reception didn't know about neighborhood's restaurants' kitchen opening hours (Turku isn't that big, really).

The hotel is an big need of renovation: The door in the shower had mold. The bed for a double room was small. The blanket, even smaller. Even there were two pillows, they we both not comfortable. The mini bar was not filled every day. The cleaning personal knocked early on saturday morning! The internet was fairly slow.

They allow dogs! We stayed with a dog Also they forgot to charge me 45 euros for breakfast (3 people) even though I have reminded them directly :-) Just in the very center of the city and not far from Turku castle. Easy to find. Underground garage is a good option (for extra fee though but not very expensive)

It was good value for money and very close to city center. Staff was extremely nice and responsive.

Problems I reported to staff: Internet in my room was broken. Problems I didn't report to staff: Room entrance light was broken. Not a huge disadvantage, as you could turn on the light near the bed from the door. Heating was not working. Not a huge problem as the temperature was ok for sleeping, however for staying at the computer it was a bit cold Bad design: Lighting switch in the bathroom was inside the bathroom Hotel entrance door close at night and you have to ring a bell to enter instead of the possibility to use your card.

Good hotel better than average

The location was good, the service was good, the rooms were ok. There were enough towels and free soap for hands, body, and hair. Also we could make our own tea in the room.

Some of the staff members were very unfriendly, however, not all of them. But because some were, my impression of the staff was negative. The rooms, especially the bathroom was not clean. There was mold in the shower, and some other spots on other places in the bathroom. The rest was a bit dusty, but not very dusty.

Room price was 100€ but it didn't include breakfast.

Staff was not friendly, bathroom shower was moldy, hallways and lobby very boring.

Central location near the Aura river; about 5-7 minute walk from the train station. Clean room with comfortable bed. The girl at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

The price of the room is too high; I was in Turku during Ruisrock festival, but 130 eur is still too much for a single room of this kind (and that's with no breakfast included). Otherwise, everything is ok; but the hotel is definitely not budget-friendly :)

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. Bed really comfortable. Staff very helpful. Did not have the breakfast as it was extra.

Room a little on the small side by US tourist standards but perfectly fine fit two people in a double bed. No breakfast included.
