Just 270 yards from Kamppi Metro Station, this stylish Helsinki hotel is in a refurbished 1920s building. It offers fine dining and free sauna access. All rooms have designer furniture and free Wi-Fi....

Score from 1563 reviews Very good
I liked the location and friendly personnel. Also the breakfast was great. Small and cozy hotel. Response time and service therefore very fast and good quality.
Find a parking place might be a lottery, as always in city center hotels, but I was bit lucky.
Great staff- they let me check in at 11 am, at no extra cost Very central & easy to find Comfy bed
Single Rooms are a bit small
Absolutely everything was perfect!
Perfect location, nice staff, good breakfast.
Please spend just a couple of hundred euros on your wifi, or rather on the lan connection behind it. If you wanted to do anything but sending email, it was saggy. I got 100-200 ping on League of Legends, that's way over par.
Location and free wifi, price
Very bad bed and broken shower
Good bed and room, good location, very decent breakfast included in price. Noise isolation also fine. The type and age of the building is quite what I was used to when I lived in Finland: it's not new and luxurious, but authentic. The default late check-out time of 12:00 is a plus.
I have no complaints, but some may be put off by the fact that the building is showing its age somewhat.
Good central location; rapid check-in & -out; reasonable cost
Shower was difficult to adjust to comfort setting; breakfast is very basic and "hot" food was only lukewarm.
very helpful personnel
Quiet room. Good breakfast. 24 hours reception.
Just one English channel on TV. All others are finish.
breakfast no soft tissue in room
everything is great, expect the location.
The hotel is between two lines of the tram so it's easy to move around, it's also near bars, restaurants, markets and a 10-minute walk away from the central station. Despite that, it's very quiet inside the hotel. The private sauna offered by the hotel and the breakfast were great. The staff was very helpful.
Good location, good breakfast.
We were charged extra 100EUR after our stay at the hotel, with no explenation.Tried to call back, nobody picked up the phone.
Quiet and cosy
Nice hotel, small but well-appointed
I've been at Anna Hotel for one night only and am satisfied with my stay. The room was very small, but clean and warm. It was calm at night - important for people like me who's waken up by every tiny noise ))) The Wifi in my room worked perfectly. Important to say that the concierge waited me until midnight. I expected to arrive at 23:30 and gave the advance notice to the hotel, but there was some delay in my journey so I was a bit worried how I'd get the key (yes, the hotels' staff leave it usually somewhere and give an instruction on how to find it... but I do not like this kind of quests...))) I liked the breakfast. I've found everything I like to eat in the morning: müsli, oatmeal, boiled eggs, choice of bread, cheese, jam etc. There was natural unsweetened yoghurt: jaaaajjj!!!! This really made me feel like having good healthy breakfast at home! They also have a good coffee machine which makes cappuccino and latte.
the blanket was a bit too tiny for a skinny always-freezing-girl like me... If you're the same way, don't forget the warm pajama ;-)
Nice place for suitable price. Breakfast and coffee good.
Nice staff, quick check-in and check-out. Very nice area, a little bit away from the very centre but close enough and nice shops and restaurants.
Rather narrow bed and the room was a bit cold, bathroom a bit worn.
This time the nesspresso coffee machine had been replaced by a local coffee brand one. So bad because the reason why I was selecting this hotel in the past was because of the possibility not to have local coffee for breakfast.
The hotel's location is excellent. You can walk to Helsinki's main attractions easily. The hotel is located near many of the city's popular bars, restaurants and galleries. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I think people are too fusyy when they evaluate rooms. There can always be better rooms but this room met all basic needs. They had quite a rich breakfast service. ı would like to commend the front desk person who was on night duty on Sunday, November 29, 2014. What a helpful and charming person! She made extra effort to answer all my questions and make sure that everything went well in my travel. Special thanks to her (I don't know her name).
I know that Finland is a very expensive country but it is still a costly hotel when you compare it to its equivalents in some other countries in Europe. The sink in the bathroom was too small. When you wash your face, water spreads around. Even at the expense of narrowing the size of the bathroom, you should enlarge the size of your sinks.
The bed was comfortable.
This is a very tired hotel in need of complete refurbishment in order to bring it up to date. The breakfast that was offered was very poor so unless you just want a cup of coffee and a slice of bread, I would recommend you find a cafe in the city center instead.
Convenient location, quiet place so perfect if you need a good sleep.
The floor heating in the bathroom is very welcome. However, it didn't seem possible to regulate the room temperature myself. Not a problem for this trip, but worth thinking about. The breakfast is good, and there's excellent espresso available. All in all, good value for money.
The television remote-control was difficult to operate.
