Friendly russian-speaking staff, good location - close to the center and to the board. It looks like a soviet one, and rather old. Noise from other rooms and from the street is loud, not comfortable. Breakfast is poor - the only hot meal is coffee. Just to stay over night if you're very tired. Next time I'll try another hotel for sure.

Location. Awful beds it seems that so narrow that the whole night we were thinking not to fall down! Where did they found them?! The room is so wide that it is impossible to close the second door or open the door to the balcony.No way to be 3 stars hotel!

Convenient location for shopping in the city of Imatra. Do not like the fact that I booked a room for a family (2 adults + 2 children) worth 80evro and housed in two rooms for 160evro. For such a price I could live in a spa hotel, where I went the next day. In the end, for my family, the hotel Anne Kern - uninteresting and unprofitable offer.

Удобное место расположения отеля. Хорошо, что можно приезжать поздно вечером, не волнуясь о регистрации. Отель предоставляет такую возможность. В номере на троих было душно: маленькое окно для проветривания. Нет в отеле микроволновки для пользования посетителям. Хотели разогреть питание для малышки, но, увы, ни в номере, ни в холле не было возможности. Очень жаль.
