Very good hotel. Clean, located in the heart of Helsinki. Just 2 minutes walk to stockmann and City Center. Only one negative point: No desk or chair if you are Internet-holic....u have to use yr knees as desk...

Well localized simple thinks cheap but take in mind: no all rooms with shower small rooms there is no 24 hours reception, if you will get before 22h they will send you a code by email to you open the door and take his key for yourself. But I advise, good price by good service I would feel better with 24h reception...just in case...

The staff were extremely helpful- always willing to answer questions; going out of their way to help you find places and very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again simply because the staff were so excellent!! The hotel was clean, trendy, up to date and felt very safe. The facilities were great and everything was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was perfect- could'nt have asked for more- right in the centre and close to everything within the centre of Helsinki. I would definetly recommend this hotel to everyone- one of the best I have ever stayed in!

I liked the location of this hotel - it is right in the centre of the city. And the facilities are good enough for people who are not used to really great comfort. Well, the room could be a bit warmer. But in winter you have warm clothes with you anyway. All other disadvantages depend upon it's price (cheaper than other hotels in the centre).

The location is in the center of Helsinki and it does not need to use the transport for movement.Very good and free internet all day long.Comfortable beds.Very good combination between price and quality.

Location was excellent. Doing renovations however they didn't effect our stay. Cool bar downstairs and micro bar across the lane. Very quiet. Would stay again

Very nice location and mostly good prices. Everything clean & beds are very comfortable. I would say that some small repairs in rooms wouldnt hurt. Also its always kinda cold in this hotell. Now & 2 years ago termostate didnt work.

The location - it is right in the middle of the city. The rooms were very small and it would have helped had they given breakfast. Also, I arrived on a Sunday night when the doors were locked and it was difficult to enter. The hotel did send me an email alert 2-3 days in advance but I was travelling and wasnt accessing emails and it was hard for me. I suggest the hotel should send an alert as soon as the booking is made.

Location is excelent . Literally couple of minutes to the biggest shopping centers of Helsinki bars and eateries. Wifi is included so no problem to use Skype etc The towels was to small. No shampoo . The room temperature during the night get below 19 with heather switch on Max .

We have stayed in this hotel in October, 2011. Hotel's location is really excelent - it's situated in the center of Helsinki, and very close to such stores as Stockman and Forum. In addition, rooms are quite nice and clean. There was very unpleasant smelt in our bathroom in spite of it looked very clean.

Location excellent - near the main street, opposite Stockmans - huge Department store with great supermarket and eating spots - and in walking distance from the railway station. Also easy access to the local bus to the airport. Refurbished recently. Minute room and shower/toilet too small for a big person.

Great location, friendly extremely helpful staff and cool room. Very good value for a city which is very bad value... There was only one shower in the whole hotel if you had a room with "shared bathroom". This was not even on the same floor as our room... And was filled mostly by a noisy washing machine when you could actually get into it. Room was quite noisy because of downstairs bars.

All the staff are nice and helpful during our 2 nights stay! The location is excellent! Around 1 min to the shopping mall and tram station! The toilet is small and we needed to climb to take our bath! It is easy to hear the conversation from next room if they are a bit louder!
