Perfect location, right in the centre of Helsinki. Free Wi-Fi in the room. This hotel looks more like hostel, but in comparison with the prices of other hotels and hostels in Helsinki, this one in rather cheap. |

The best thing to tell about this hotel is its place. The center of Helsinki, all the bigeests malls are in several meters. There is no parking. You have to find free night parking yourself or pay the parking in Forum. 5 euros from 9pm till 7am and 4euros per hour the rest. |

The staff was really helpful and spoke perfect English. Before i booked the room i called the hotel to confirm that there is wifi internet in the hotel, which there was. And when i arrived to the hotel and got my room, to my suprise there was no internet. So i took my laptop with me and went to the reception, and half way there i got wifi reception. So i spoke to the receptionist that i was toled there would be internet, and they said that there is internet only near the reception. Later the receptionist came to my room and said that they will upgrade me to a family room that is near the reception so that i will have internet. Very kind service :) Renovation needed! Furniture is quite out of date and the TV was making strange sounds when on stand-by. TV hand 2-3 channels with normal picture quality, unfortunately these were the finnish channels. A bit pricey if comparing countries, but for Helsinki centre it's ok. |

The location was excellent and it was excellent value for money in Helsinki. Staff were helpful and were happy to store my bag for a few days while I visited Tallinn. Nice to have a lift in a budget hotel too. If you don't have a shower in your room you may have to walk past reception to use the communal shower. A minor consideration in an excellent value hotel. |

The hotel was in the ideal place in Helskini, very close to the town which made it ideal for getting out and about, what would have been very handy was directions from the railway station, luckily the people are so friendly, we were given rough directions by a young lady, she even went out of her way to walk us part way My only complaints was a lack of a double bed (we had to put two singles together and as they would they slid apart) and the pillows!!! way too thin |

Nice small hotel, very good situated in city center of Helsinki. Do not expect too much luxury, but absolutely acceptable for this price! |
