The staff were extremely helpful- always willing to answer questions; going out of their way to help you find places and very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again simply because the staff were so excellent!! The hotel was clean, trendy, up to date and felt very safe. The facilities were great and everything was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was perfect- could'nt have asked for more- right in the centre and close to everything within the centre of Helsinki. I would definetly recommend this hotel to everyone- one of the best I have ever stayed in!

The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English. Our holiday was alot easier having them there. Loved the location of the hotel. Room was a little small but we were only there for a few days so it didn't bother us that much. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay.

Location. It's situated behind Forum Shoping Mall and in front of Stockman. Right in the centre of the Helsinki. Room was dirty(dust, dry sniffles on the wall). No sport or news channels(not even Euro -news\sport)

The location is fantastic, the reception is really relaxed and the whole process of booking and checking-in went really smooth. There is hardly any contact or social aspect because the rooms are divided, the rooms are just for sleeping nothing more. So ideal if the wheather is awesome and you are a lot outside. The rooms are too small to stay inn all day.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was because of the location. Great location in central Helsinki. The room and bed were nice, the bathroom not so much. Clean but slightly run down looking. The single room I booked was comfortable but the shower was a drain in the floor of the bathroom with the spout overhead. Everything got wet, the toilet, the sink, the door etc. The breakfast facilities for the hotel were also under renovation so breakfast was not available - it would have been nice to at least have the opportunity to have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

Location is great. I was surprised when I found out that there was no shampoo nor shower soap in the bathroom. Also no hairdryer, that is very bad in a country with harsh winters.

Well localized simple thinks cheap but take in mind: no all rooms with shower small rooms there is no 24 hours reception, if you will get before 22h they will send you a code by email to you open the door and take his key for yourself. But I advise, good price by good service I would feel better with 24h reception...just in case...
