I had a really great experience in hotel Finn, staff is very helpful, the location is excelent, very central, it's very clean and comfortable!

There was a lot of noise due to construction work below, really loud. Wish that someone at least could have warned for that...

Very nice location. Only 5 min from the central station. Girls at the reception were very friendly.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is excellent and the are intersting.

The pillows were horrible and the internet was very slow.

The hotel is in an excellent location not far from station, bars, shopping. I'm surprised to read the negative comments - yes, the room is smallish, but very wel kept. What more can you expect from the location and price?

This is a warning rather than a complaint. The reception isn't open 24 hours, but if you advise them, they'll provide access codes

The staff is very helpful. The location is excellent: close to the train station ( 5 min. walking), close to shopping area, close to restaurants and fast food restaurants, close to city centre. You can walk to every where if you want. The room is clean and comfortable.

It was a bit pricey

We stayed at Hotel Finn on night. Rooms were clean, service was nice. They don't have a kitchen or serve any breakfast. Rooms were small but clean. Rooms are decorated in the style of 60's and the shower was from the 60's also with its flexible hose (this means that you can't rotate the shower or you will have no water at all). Location is perfect. Bed was good, pillows weren'T. It's just an ok hotel right in the center of Helsinki.

Not much.

Entrance to the hotel and lift dirty. No Sign saying near the lift that hotel on 6th floor. Or sign was very poor. Entrance to building dirty.

It was in the center of the town and you didn't have to take any means of transport. The stuff was very proffesional and happy to serve us at any time.

Bathroom and bed.

Cigarette smell in corridor, dirtyness and noises from other rooms via ventilation.Poor furnitures(tables and chair).

The temperature in the room doesnot regulirated.

+ Personnel at desk were very friendly. + I was informed clearly and early enough about arrival and actions in case of late arrival. + Location is absolutely superb.

- There was some renovation going on, so the corridors were covered with carton. This is the only reason why I gave grade "Fair" for clean - otherwise everything was in prime condition.

Location was close to train station

No water, including toilet, from 10:00am to 9:45pm. Management offered nothing. Had to go to local bars for toilet. People running in halls and yelling and crying after midnight. Very loud.

Very good location. Only 5 min. from helsinki central train station. many shops and restaurants around. small but quite good rooms for 1 max.2 nights! for its price it is veeery good ( for helsinki)
