Brilliant location, comfy rooms, nice old furniture. Everything is near.
The lift a little small with luggage but would definitely stay again.
Good location in the city center, near to the train station, nice rooms and useful system of keycard
You can hear everything from your room, no kitchen, only rooms with single beds
A very central Hotel and easy to reach from the train station. Also a very good functioning reception enabling uncomplicated check-in and check-out in the middle of the night.
The room was slightly claireaudient and in the bathroom the smell of sewage was omnipresent.
We like everything, except the bathroom smell (we were in room 511 during 14-17 Feb 2015)
The smell in the bathroom needs to be taken care of. It's always there!
Too small the bathroo. You have to sit on the toilet while having shower
nice big room, warm bathroom! friendly staff.
The location can't be beat, right in the center of Helsinki., with easy access to the train station, bus station, shops and restaurants. A large, comfortable room - basic facilities but adequate for a stay of a few nights. Helpful staff
The facilities for hanging clothes in the room are basic. The bathroom has NO hooks to hang towels, which is inconvenient. You should also be aware that the shower in the bathroom makes the floor very wet, and you need to clear the water away with a scraper (which is provided).
Staff is wonderful and very tasty tea)))
The weather outside)))
Lots of bars and things around. Great location and value for money. Very comfortable
Central location, maybe the best 2* hotel in the Helsinki city centre. If you can manage without a hotel-served breakfast, choose Finn. There's lots of cafes near by.
Staff are amazing; rooms are beautiful; modern; clean and hotel is very central!
no location can be better than finn hotel with this price!
just if they can get a luggage room in the future will be great!
Clean and comfortable
The immediate neighbourhood is noisy
its true that internet in Finland is high speed, and the location is very very good which near the church, bus station and railway station.
If have to say, the only thing maybe is that the space of washroom can be improved.
very friendly and helpful staff
The unique design and old fashioned lift. The location is pretty good, which is near to the Forum and Central Railway Station.
The height of room is too high that makes me feel uncomfortable and the bed as well.
Good location, clean room, super friendly staff. Great value for the price!
As married couple would prefer 1 bigger bed instead of 2 single beds, however beds were soft and nice. Our biggest concern though was outside noise from partying people.
Very nice hotel in the center of Helsinki and with very friendly staff
Time of check in is very late - 15-00. I asked the early check in (I was ill). The refusal was impolite.
Excellent location! It just opposite Stockmann in the city centre.
It is on the 5/F and 6/F of an old building. The room and toilet are very small. But for us, just stayed 1 night is fine.
Just 5 min by walk from central railway station. Baggage room with lockers. Kids can stay without bed for free. We was in double room with two kids (6 years old). It was comfortable for us and free )) Also my daughter love this interior
Cozy, easily reachable of the reception
The blanket is so thin that it's not warm enough for such cold days!
-Centrally located in terms of shops, tourist attractions, public transport and restaurants
-The hotel is overrated and expensive -Other world class hotels in the vicinity offered a better deal -Price did not include breakfast -Being offered a quadruple room on booking.com, booked it and upon enquiry informed it was not available -Main entrance smelled like a public ablution facility upon arrival and was littered with papers -Filling out personal details on a visitor's card upon arrival when information was provided when booking was made
