the staff is very nice and very helpful, the breakfast offers a vast choice, situated in the heart of the city, to a walking distance from the museums and from the cruises, easy access to groceries stores and such if you need anything. really perfect value for your money. no, I have only good things to say and would highly recommand it to anyone travelling in Tampere |

close to city center. nice breakfast. very hard to move around with a baby-buggy/pram. would be almost impossible for a wheelchair. room was rather small |

It was very central (although less so than the Sokos hotels) just a 5 minute walk from the main square. Staff in reception were excellent, friendly and helpful. Better for business people and for weekend breaks. The price was too high. A 5 star hotel in Berlin costs the same (admittedly without breakfast). They didn't clean the floor or replace soaps when they were empty, they just made the beds. The room had no temperature control and was too cold. The bathroom was also too small, with just a tiny shower and no bath. The hotel had views of a main road or car park. |

Sehr gute Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Zentralgesteuerte Klimaanlage, leider sehr heiss im Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite (teilweise 28 Grad) . Bad sehr klein und nach dem Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser, keine geschlossene Duschkabine. |

Loistava paikka lapsiperheen yöpymiseen. Palvelualtis ja luonnollisen ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erittäin fiksu sijoittelu leikkihuoneelle (aamiaishuoneen yhteydessä), vanhemmat saivat syödä aamiaista pitkään ja hartaasti ja lapset viihtyivät. Leikkihuone myös ihan omaa luokkaansa. Pleikkapelejä ja videoita oli saatavilla reilusti, joten vanhemmatkin lapset viihtyvät varmasti. Aamiainen yllättävän hyvä! Vastaanotosta sai ostaa mm. Särkänniemen lippuja ja terveellistä välipalaa. Parkki ja langaton netttiyhteys ilmainen. Keskeinen sijainti, siistit tilat.Tulemme taatusti toistekin ja suosittelemme tutuille. Huone aika pieni, samoin suihkukoppi. Hissi myös pieni, esim. lastenvaunut ei mahdu. Vauvansänky huoneessa oli hutera, suosittelen todella vaihtamaan uudempiin ;) |
