it was quiet and clean. had everything for a business traveller who just goes to hotel to sleep and eat breakfast

the tv in my room did not work

Very nice and spacious room for the price. Staff was extra friendly.

I especially like the polite and friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and comfortable room.

Many mushrooms grow near hotel :) ! We had delicious breakfast (fish,carrot cake).Enjoyed the silence in hotel.

Breakfast buffet was not good so try to improve your breakfast level.

Very quiet rooms. Very generous in size as well. The proper cot was provided instead of travel bed.

Bit outdated, could do with lick of paint and maybe new bathroom tiles.

Nice, clean and quite rooms with such kitchenware as microwave, breakfast is included in hotel's price.

Rather far distance from city center

Good breakfast, a free parking site and a swimming pool with a sauna

1.The swimming pool doesn't work on Sundays (for a family with children there is nothing to do on a Sunday evening, as everything else in the city is closed at this time too) 2. a road view from the room (and the road was at the same level with our window (2nd floor) and besides it was quite noisy even at night which is rare in Finland) 3. Quite far from the city center anyway - always had to go there by car

Very pleasant stay, I found the hotel very cosy and comfortable overall. I might have been slightly biased by coming from a cheap and uncomfortable hostel the night before - but as soon as I got into the room, everything felt so comfortable - so much that it took me a while to get out to see Tampere in the little time I had there! The 2 reception ladies were very nice. The room had all sorts of amenities, a nice selection of teas and coffees was there to welcome your arrival, and the room has also a microwave. Breakfast had a very wide variety of choices. Good bed, good bathroom, quiet location.

Location: quite walkable from town centre, but it's still a good walk from there. I had some little difficulties to reach it initially by walking from the station - but with a good map and looking it up properly in advance it shouldn't be a problem. The coffee machine looked a bit broken in pieces with some missing (or it was me that I couldn't figure out how to use it), and the kettle had some water condensation inside which personally grosses me out a bit - but then I could use the microwave to warm water for coffee (be careful with that! That microwave seems a lot more powerful than standard uk microwaves). The room was *very* hot at night, as in a tropical climate without aircon, when outdoors was a much chillier 15 c or so (probably chilli weather just arrived after hot weather) - I kept the window closed during the night though - so if you can't stand hot weather, and you get here in the hot season, you'll probably need to keep it open.

Hotel resturant and bar colsed, Had to collect the room key from a petrol garage close by.

Very dated (see" I love Lucy"), no ac during an unusually hot June in Finland. Way Overpriced for this hotel

the location next to Kauppi forest

the "micro"location in the middle of roads was unfomfortable (uncomfortable to reach by walk), the view from room and restaurant was not nice (a view to the forest would be nice)
