It felt like one of the owners (the lady) is not very keen to talk with
non-Finnish speaking people, while she was extremely friendly and
talkative with native Finnish-speakers. Not sure about the reasons, but
we always had a feeling that she was trying to avoid any conversations
beyond hotel-related queries, leaving us guessing what have we done
wrong. So we had to ask everything about history and touristic
attractions from another owner, the man. Lots of thanks to him for all
help and advices that made our trip more exiting.
This property is located in Teijo national park, with one of the trails
starting right from hotel's territory. Lots of free-time activities:
boat, sup and kayak rental, fishing. Well-equipped kitchen, big fridge.
The manor itself is very atmospheric! We have had our most relaxed
weekend during this summer, that's not doubt. Clean and neat rooms,
comfortable beds and pillows. Strict "no noise after 22-rule",
that was good for us, as we like to go to bed early. Lots of touristic
