All services was VERY fast. If we asked for something we received help immediately.

Tiny rooms. Towels was not changed one day. Bad design of shower room (a lot of leaks).

I llike the location of the hotel.

No breakfast on Saturday morning until 7:30. As on the weekend the staff start working at 7. So no food for me as I had the early flight

we liked absolutely everything! the location, the restaurant, design, services!We travel a lot and we know which is a good hotel and which is not. In Italian restaurant downstairs the hotel we tried the best risotto ever! an we've been to many Italian restaurants and Italy itself!

Great hotel in the center of Helsinki. Very friendly staff, trendy atmosphere, excellent room service.

Location, decor, staff, rooms. What's not to like? We left early to catch a flight and they had prepared take away breakfast for us! Fantastic!

Good selection of food at breakfast buffet. The staff were very attentive.

The bedroom was a bit small

The city is located in the center of Helsinki, most important places are at walking distance (which is good when considering the weather ^_^). The breakfast is perfect with a lot of choice in organic products. You can privatize the sauna.

Unfortunately the hotel was in renovation, but the staff did everything he could to make us enjoy our stay.

When it comes to the hotel itself, everything was great. The breakfast buffet was humble but absolutely delicious, the room we stayed at was spacious and very comfortable, although one little problem made us get irritated a bit (see the cons). Overall the hotel had the perfect location, right in the centre of the Helsinki metropolitan area: Bulevardi is adjacent to Esplanadi and is one of the main shopping streets of the city.

The only problem we had was the annoying sound of something like a loose church bell triggered by the strong winds or the sound of a water from a melting droop dripping onto a metal bar. The sound was very audible for a brief moment for ever few tens of seconds, although it felt faint. Every time I was about to fall asleep I snapped out of it because of this annoying sound.

Beautiful design hotel in the best possible location - in the center, near everything, but not crowded. Quiet and safe quarters around. Nice building, pretty rooms, delicious breakfast and good restaurant on the 1st floor. If you ask for everything - slippers, tea pot or something else - you get it. Beautiful place at all.

Could be problems with a heating - sometime it got cold in the room. But the staff will bring you an external heater, or solve the problem in other possible way very fast.

Room was rather smal and to little place for your clothes....no wardrobe...

Good location and ok italian restaurant.

A bit bland. Rooms ok but rest of hotel boring. Design was worse than i expected.

Excellent and friendly staff. Well equipped gym. High quality breakfast. Almost nothing to complain about.

A few minor things - a little noice from the street. The sauna was fully booked and not possible for us tu enjoy.

It's chic styling and down beat environment made us feel very at home.

Lack of a proper comfortable lounge. There may have been one but we didn't find it.

Ugly little rooms with no facilities in, dinosaurs of a furniture items, atrocious tiny bathroom, everything telling you that the maximum rate of the hotel is 2 stars.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, location.

Staff and security were ignorant, it felt like this is some kind of "mafia". Hotel's music club is not friendly for everybody, even for hotel guests. I have picked this hotel because of the club, so we could feel safe having good time without leaving it.

Excellent service, attention to detail, beautiful design Urban Forest room

The sauna wasn't working properly, but the staff were so great about it that it didn't matter - they apologised, tried to fix it, gave us a complementary glass of wine while we waited. Superb customer service.

Though we only stayed one night, was very impressed with location (in heart of Helsinki), the decor (very modern). Rooms were a bit small, but so well-designed that everything you needed was there...and the breakfast was amazing, especially as it was included with the room.

Wasn't staying long enough to evaluate what we didn't like.
