Doors and walls passed the some sounds from the stairs and the neighbors. But it was New Year holidays =)

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful!

We would have preferred a double bed or a couch etc that could turn into a double bed

attention : problèmes d'information entre booking et Kotimaailma. Ces derniers ont des appartements situés un peu partour dans Helsinki et l'adresse "Bullevardi 7" est uniquement le siège. De ce fait, ayant opté pour être à proximité de nos amis, nous avons du nous rabattre sur un 1 pièce au lieu de 2 et logé notre fils ailleurs ... afin de ne pas avoir des trajets trop longs. D'autre part, la salle de bain (douche) est très très petite et vraiment limite !!! Pour nous très cher à cause de ce manque d'info, un hotel aurait été moins onéreux !!!

Clean & fully equiped.

The address shown in booking.com was the address of the agency and not the address of the appartment. We found out about this a few days later when the agency contacted us to tell us the real address which was not very convinient in our case. Also when I said that the address in booking.com was misleading when we did the booking, they didn't suggest a full refund, but they just reminded us the cancellation policy which was 50% of the price. So we decided to keep the appartment after all. Also we were supposed to have an adsl wireless connection which we paid for but was never activated. Luckily, the agency had also provided us a usb stick to connect over 3g, however this was not very convinient for us as we were 2 persons and we had to share.

El apartamento estaba recién reformado y los muebles eran nuevos. La ubicación era buena.

Las camas demasiado estrechas No se pone en contacto con los usuarios personal del hotel. No cambiaron la ropa de cama, ni toallas en 7 días, ni hicieron nunca la limpieza ( si hay productos y utensilios para hacerlo los usuarios) y esto no se especifica bien el la información de la página.

Servizio: efficienza, organizzazione, assistenza. Appartamento: ubicazione (in area abbastanza centrale, caratterizzata da palazzi liberty fine '800), funzionalità, comfort, connessione wifi.

Tornerò in futuro, ma spero di trovare più asciugamani e un piccolo "kit di sopravvivenza" (qualche bustina di caffè liofilizzato, tè, zucchero), particolarmente gradito, specie se si arriva di domenica pomeriggio o la sera tardi e non si sa bene dove andare. Il giudizio complessivo rimane più che positivo!

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville. Appartement très calme et propre.

Nous avons eu quelques soucis pour un appartement pour 4 personnes, nous avons du coucher par terre à 2 personnes sur des lits pliants qui ne fonctionnaient pas avec des matelas très peu épais, donc un séjour avec peu de sommeil pour 2 personnes. Il manquait 2 chaises dans la cuisine donc obligés de manger sur le bord de la fenêtre et sur une valise. Il y avait peu de vaisselle pour 4 donc vaisselle obligatoire à chaque repas. Je ne recommanderais pas cet appartement pour 4 personnes mais pour 2 seulement. Un peu déçue et j'espère vivement un sérieux dédommagement, cela à gacher en partie notre séjour.

We stayed two weeks in a nice studio in a very nice neighborhood. We mostly walked everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other services nearby, a beautiful park by the sea, and both tram and bus services. The apartment itself was small, but comfortable, and was well provisioned with most things we would need. The kitchen had all the equipment. There were towels, washing machine, etc.

There was nothing, not even salt, in the kitchen. Only detergent. A couple of very minimal things (salt, pepper, oil) might not be a bad idea.

В апартаментах есть все необходимое для жизни, в том числе утюг, стир.машина, посудомойка, кофемашина и базовые предметы личной гигиены: гель для душа, мыло, таблетки для посудомоечной машины и т.д.

Все белое, стены, потолки и штор нет, одна тюль везде.

いくつもロケーションがあるようですが、今回滞在したお部屋は落ち着いた住宅街で公園やマリーナが近くて心- 地よく滞在できました。 必要なものがすべてそろっていたので不便を感じませんでした。 また、スタッフがとても感じがよかった。

たまたまだと思いますが古い建物だったためエレベータはありませんので、スーツケースの移動は少し大変でし- た。不満になるほどのことではありません。
