Location was great, comfortable space, friendly service.
The apartment was not very clean.
- nice location, good value for money - very clean apartment - a very nice restaurant just opposite the street - very spacious apartment
- the heater in the apartment could be a bit warmer
Apartment has good insulation keeping it warm.
WC- microscopic Shower- forget it what also surprised me is the fact that they expect you to clean up after yourself. I didn't have any garbage, but if I am traveling on business, I don't need the extra work
Nice cozy apartment and house. District is also very good.
1) I had to pay extra 7EUR to get the key from Kiosk on railway station on Saturday. No problem with it, but I think it's rather hotel's concern to ship the key, and not for my money, despite weekend. 2) Neighbours start some loud works at 9 o'clock, again, not a problem, but personally I never wake up that early on my off days
Location is far from centre And you have to pick up key and walk with luggage down the road for 10 minutes Bathroom is very small Three' so no real shower There's no wedding bed This room worths 50 euro no more
Good location Brightness Suitable space Flute WIFI
shower space too small Need add some bowl Washing machine can't work
Helsinki Finland is one of the safest country to travel to even for me a solo traveller. Apartment Wifi connection super strong. Nice clean Apartment Close proximity from check in office Pia the girl (I think) who pass me the keys is so nice, genuine and even came back from the metro to meet me at the office even when I arrived after 5pm. So sweet of her. Map and direction provided to locate to the designated
The apartment is maybe 5-10 mins away from the office. Instruction in English would be nice in the apartment. Coz in the apartment building everything is in Finnish language. The elevator, self close and open Some with closed enclosure (office where u pick up keys) n some open air (where u be staying at)
Nice area, good for the design district
needs some attention to decor and cutlery, no hanging space (the hooks in the hall all swivel when you hand something on them).
nothing is good, will never stay this apartment again.
- restricted time (15.00 to 17.00 only) to pick up room key, extra charge if out of this peroid - pick up location is different from my apartment, confusing people and waste time. - no information for how to get the way to their office which is a big challenge for us and even local helsinki didnt know how to get there. - no assistance after 5 and weekend, even emmengency. we can't open the appartment door due to their door problem, but we cant get them in touch as we arrived after 5 pm on Friday. we need to wait until Monday but they didnt call me back. totally unaccpetable. - room deco was nice but poor maintance and seems didnt clean it up for long time. - bed was a big issue, i couldnt have a good sleep in my whole stay.
Good location, convenient to Tram stops, Supermarket & nice interesting Designer shops. Apartment is comfortable with all necessary appliances in a fully equipped Kitchen. A washing machine was welcome too! Very nice.
Late check-in worked fine. The apartment was located centrally in good walking distance to most attractions. The interior was simple, but everything was clean and functional. Given the generally fairly high prices in Scandinavia, this was good value for money.
Instructions on how to find the entrance could have been clearer. Also, as apartments are only allocated close to the time of booking, you don't really know what you get until very shortly before. It would be nice to have a more definite choice.
apartment was poorly cleaned, it was difficult to get the keys, because Rkiosk where we needed to pick up the keys were many at this place and we could not find the correct place many time. Employees were able to specify exactly the place where we look for this kiosk. In the kitchen no one place where we leave the trash.
very nice apartment
The staff were excellent, we would stay here again in the same lovely apartment with balcony that we rented for 3 nights. I wasn't sure at first about booking as had to make a stop first to pick up key but it was all very easy to get the key and walk to our apartment with our luggage and tired child. Helsinki is a great stop over and make sure to get food at the excellent large S Market Grocery store either at the central train station or at the Harbour behind Chicos. We loved the Finnish summer and renting cruiser bicycles from Green Bike which was very close by too. Definitely better to stay in a large apartment with laundry then a cramped hotel room for the same price.
Quiet location. Grocery stores nearby.
Quite central location which the services and sight seeing areas close by.
Neglectable little things which wouldn't change the overall Picture.
Very quiet appartement, centrally located, nice area and a very private atmosphere (more like visiting a student friend
Not in perfect state and standard (strange if a bathroom is so small that you actually have to feel the curtain, whilst having a shower)
communication with the team was easy and all requests complied with. Apartment perfect for our stay
Facilities are old
The apartment we stayed in was spacious... especially the hall. Very well equipped with almost everything a traveler would need. It's proximity to the shopping centre was a big plus , albeit the station is quite a distance away.
A kettle or hot water flask would be good to have in the apartment.
Free street parking
Fot same ammount of money you can have hotel. Hotel is better option
It is like home and especially our girlfriends liked that so much. Staff is very friendly, place is clean, close to city centre.
