very good breakfast and restaurant in the eve during check out receptionist made mistake in the price and wanted to charge us more, but when i showed booking confirmation, she agreed and recalculated the bill according to the info from Booking.com |

everythere there was Santa Claus' symbols. Great. Good location for sking unfortunately we were in summer, sauna in room no aircondition and in summer weather in room is above 25 C |

Ho apprezzato gentilezza, cortesia, simpatia ed educazione da parte dello staff in reception. L'alloggio è sembrato essere una piccola casa propia. Al ristorante hanno fatto i furbacchioni al momento del conto. |

Palvelusta ja autopaikan läheisyydestä heti oven edessä. Siainnista ja laskettelurinteen läheisyydestä. Remontti kesken! huoneet vanhahtavia, suihkun veden paine olematon sekä lämmin vesi loppui kesken. Ravintolan ruokalista aljateltu turisteja varten... ei mitään tarjottavaa pohjoissuomalaiselle. |

A személyzet segítőkész és kedves.A büféreggeli kiváló.Eddig mindenki azt írta,hogy muszáj autót bérelni,mert a szállás nagyon messze van a városközponttól,de szerintem nem kell,jó az a kis séta az erdőben. :-) |

Levollisuudesta, rauhallisuudesta, luonnon läheisyydestä. Aaamiainen oli kattava. Tunnelma kaikin puolin mukava. Pesutilat huoneen kokoon nähden olivat pienet ja vähän ahtaat. Muuten kaikki oli kiitettävää. |

Hotellin sijainnista, rauhallisuudesta, huoneistosaunasta ja ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Huoneen minibaari ei toiminut, siis ei jäähtynyt. Samoin huoneen minikeittiön liesi ja jääkaappi eivät osoittaneet minkäänlaista elonmerkkiä. Jos ne olivat kunnossa, ohjeistus oli kovin puutteellinen, koska porukassaamme oli kaksi insinöörikoulutuksen saanutta ja siltiniitä ei toimimaan saatu. Kun niitä emme aivan välttämättä tarvinneet, emme viitsineet respastakaan apua hakea. |

Отличный отель. Чисто, красиво, вкусно и недорого. Хорошая сауна в номере. Персонала не видно, но все предусмотрено. Нас было 8 человек, все довольны. спасибо, приедем еще. |

Есть все, даже чего не очень ждешь от трех звезд. Описание отеля полностью соответствует. Живописные места для прогулок. Хорошие завтраки. Подойдет семьям с детьми. Удаленность от города, но это уже кто и что выбирает. |

Замечательная природа вокруг отеля. Гуляли, собирали чернику, фотографировали зайца! Номер большой, удобный, хороший завтрак, В отеле бесплатный Wi-Fi, но наш номер был далеко от ресепшен, поэтому сигнал до нас не "добивал", пришлось идти в лоби-бар. Но это не было такой уж проблемой |

Huoneistossa oli oma sauna mikä oli positiivinen yllätys. Hinta-laatusuhde oli erittäin edullinen. Hyvä palvelu. Erinomainen aamiainen. Kaunis ja eritäin rauhallinen sijainti. Eksoottista Lapin maisemaa. Ei parkkiongelmia. Ajoreitti hotelliin oli hankala löytää: opasteet puuttuivat katujen varrelta ja pieneltä netin kartalta oli vaikea päätellä miten hotellin löytää. Hotellin markkinointiin lisää näkyvyyttä! |

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel inmitten eines wunderbaren Waldes, der zum Biken, Spazieren und Rodeln (Hauseigene Rodelbahn) einlädt. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das Kindermenü ebenfalls uns hat nur EUR 3.-- gekostet. Unglaublich preiswert!!! Der Spaziergang in Stadtmitte dauert ca. 30 min. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hienot maisemat. Aamupala oli maukas ja monipuolinen. Aulassa langaton ja maksuton internetyhteys. Sauna oli myös mukava varuste huoneessa. Hinta Suomen hintatasolla kohtuullinen. Huoneen tumma värimaailma. |
