We liked this cosy and nice hotel, its lack of crowds of people, its convenient spa, its beautiful location on the Saima lake. We lacked a cooler woth hot and cold water on the floors or at the reception.

breakfast 1.only 5 finnish tv channels(ost tourists staiyng there are russians, but no russian tv channels at all)!!! 2.internet only by cable (guys don`t know anything about 21st century technology, called Wi-Fi... how should i surf internet on my iPhone by cable? no one can tell me). 3. separete constantly sliding beds with too soft matrasses 4. high price for such service 5. breakfast is in another building

отель расположен рядом с центром города. на берегу озера. вежливый персонал. неплохое спа. так как отель маленький, в спа было мало народа. очень мягкие кровати. скудный завтрак. высокая цена. бронировала этот отель только из-за наличия спа.

спокойно, уютно, очень красивый вид и большие лоджии. спа не большой, но комфортный. бесплатная парковка. нет бара и ресторана поужинать, нужно идти в центр, хотя и не далеко.

Тишина, покой, хороший breakfast, бассейн, джакузи, сауны- все на уровне Проблемы с парковкой, Везде наставлены знаки, запрещающие стоянку авто, но только для иностранных клиентов отеля, даже оставляющих на короткое время авто у входных дверей отеля. Финские авто десятками стоят неограниченное время без всяких штрафных санкций под всеми знаками запрета. Пожелание: поставить у отеля знаки, разрешающие стоянку в течение нескольких часов клиентам отеля.

Возможно, что летом там хорошо, т.к. отель находится почти на берегу озера, есть лоджии. Но поскольку были зимой, то особого смысла в этом не было. Есть тренажерный зал, но этим в Финляндии никого не удивить. На завтрак надо идти через дорогу, но это пол-беды, сам завтрак очень скудный, первый раз в Финляндии видел такой. Хотя и есть гидромассажные ванны, на на спа-отель это никак не тянет, тем более за такую цену. Два бассейна, но очень маленькие, поплавать практически невозможною Было бы приемлемо, если бы цена была раза в два ниже. Больше никогда туда не поеду

Требует ремонта. Не меняют полотенца. Скудный завтрак в здании напротив. Плюсы: свободные бассейны и сауна, отличное расположение и внимательный персонал.

1. расположение-берег озера и центр города 2.номер на удивление оказался просторным с балконом, можно проветривать и выходить на балкон смотреть на окрестности 1. слышимость в номерах(телевизор соседей был отлично слышен) 2.мы были в будни и выходные, так вот в будни утром в спа большое количество в спа -полный бассейн и сауна старушек и старичков за 70 лет. мне как-то не очень это понравилось. в выходные их не было. 3. завтрак через дорогу. это пикантно, есть в соседнем ресторане, но утром зимой собираться и идти по улице как-то было не комильфо.
