Huoneisto oli suuri. Yläkerran ja alakerran lämmitys oli erikseen säädettävissä ja lämmitysyksikkö seinällä oli myös tarvittaessa kytkettävissä yöksi pois päältä herkkäunisia nukkujia haittaamasta. Vaikka huoneisto ei ole uuden karhea sisustuksen puolesta ja seinien mäntylaudoitus ei ole enää muodissa, niin kaikki oli kuitenkin kunnossa. Ei ollut rikkinäisiä kaappeja tai kaakeleita. Mukava tilava eteinen. Ikkunoista näkyi metsämaisema. Keittiö oli aika kompaktin pieni, mutta siellä pystyi kokkaamaan perusruokia aivan hyvin.
