Internet did`t work at the hotel. It made some troubles. Reservation did`t come through the system to the hotel. So, I had to pay more.... It would be good to improve these servises. |

Comfortable room, good value for money, good location, just 15 minutes from city center by foot. booking.com did not send me a door code and room number, in my reservation was a pincode, but it was not a door code. Hotel staff open the door (we came at 21:40) and give us a door code and room number. |

Good breakfast, friendly staff, own security code to unlock doors, room decoration. Be aware that it's about 30min walk to the city center (not fun specially on the cold days!!) - taxi / bus / own car recommended |

clean rooms - free and unlimited access to Internet (with cable and wireless). Easy access in and out of the city. quiet. Close to Tampere airport Where is the staff??? A code allows you to enter in the hotel, in the corridor, in the room, in the breakfast room.... you don't see anyone working there... Quite unpersonnal... |

Breakfast, nice big comfy beds, clean bathroom We could not find help calling a taxi in the morning, and eventually had to knock on the 'staff only' door. |

The hotel is closed to the city centre (walking distance). Very friendly staff. Nice facilities, i.e. kitchen to use as like home, self service laundry. Quite expensive however the facilities are nice. |

I liked very much the rooms there (very cosy indeed) and the interior of them. A small fridge in each of them was a nice feature also. The system with pin codes instead of keys was very handy as well. |

Один из хозяев отеля прекрасно говорил по-русски, что очень порадовало. В целом и в общеи осталось хорошее впечатление об отеле. Никто из гостей друг другу не мешал. Я могу советовать данный отель всем, кто хочет не дорого остановиться в Тампере. В следующий раз буду тоже останавливаться именно в этом отеле. Правда к нас почему-то забывали убирать номер. |

Minulle ensimmäinen kerta yöpyä itsepalveluhotellissa, mutta kokemus oli hyvin positiivinen. Olin työmatkalla, ja täysin äänetön ja tilanne, jossa muista ihmisistä ei ollut tietoakaan, tarjosi hyvän tilaisuuden työskennellä illalla ja aamullakin. Aamupalan makkarat taisivat olla vanhentuneita, niiden pinnalla näkyi harmaaksi muuttunutta lihaa. |

Aamiainen oli iloinen yllätys. Hotellikuvauksessa mainittiin, että hotellissa on mannermainen aamiainen. Mielestäni aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja sen mannermaisen voisi jättää pois. |

Das Hotel befindet sich zwar in einem Industriebgebiet, aber sehr nah an den Stadtzentrum und an einen Park am Wasser. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestatten (sogar kostenloses Internet). Das Hotel arbeitet so gut wie ohne Personal, aber es ist alles darauf eingestellt und man kommt auch so gut zu recht. |

В администрации очень доброжелательный обслуживающий персонал - все индусы. Один из них прекрасно владеет русским языком (как выяснилось во время разговора, он когда-то 5 лет учился в Москве в институте). На наши распросы о городе и достопримечательностях нам выдали карту и отметили на ней все нужные места. По нашей просьбе нам любезно показали, где находится кухня, на которой можно было вскипятить чайник (т.к. приехали поздно вечером и продрогли). Там же стояла микроволновка. Т.к. у нас были с собой кое-какие продукты, мы тут же сварганили ужин, удобно устроились в шикарных креслах и перекусили, здесь же посмотрели телевизор,залезли в интернет. Утром прекрасно позавтракали,шведский стол был разнообразным и каждый нашёл себе блюда по вкусу. |
