Very much the pool and all Spa a complex was pleasant. Respectable, a quiet rest. It is a summer resort, There are no winter entertainments, in the winter here there is nothing. It is 5 stars hotel, and 4 stars are specified that.

+It is a true Five Star hotel. Our room on the yacht was huge! +My daughter loved the spa are & did lots of swimming in 5 pools! +The views are beautiful! +Hotel is within 20 min walking to MoomiWorld. -The towels were not really clean.. -the little train going to the city center should be part of the hotel's services! and it should be FREE! cause to pay 16 euros (2 adt+1chd) for a less than 10 min journey is too much even for Finland...

Fantastic location on the water, great sporting facilities -- a real surprise was the gym, which was a proper weightlifting place, not a mediocre hotel gym. The restaurants were surprisingly good as well. This place is very Finnish, which I liked, but is not up to international five star standards, so will be a disappointment for those who demand that.

We liked about the international atmosphere... My husband got stuck in the elevator and therefore had to use emergency button to alarm... The staff treated the situation completely in the unprofessional way. Rather unbelievable... Try to teach your staff to take care of and communicate to foreign clients in all kinds of situations. The Finnish behaviour seldom works in critical situations. Note: I am Finnish myself but my husband is not....

Hyvä ruoka, nopea tarjoilu. Sauna ja uinimahdollisuus hyvät. Kiva leikkihuone lapsille ja paljon aktiviteetteja eri ikäisille. Pienten lasten matala-allas uimapuolelta puuttui. Kokolattiamatto kaikissa tiloissa oli allergiaa poteville huono juttu. mm. huoneet ja leikkihuone...

Spa ja kylpylän allasosasto toimiva eri altaineen ja vesihierontapisteineen, Ravintolatarjonta ja A la carte ruoat maukkaita, Henkilökunta omaksunut palveluasenteen. Paviljongin tanssilattiassa koholla oleva ja epätasainen kivireunus haittasi menoa, mm kengän kanta vaurioitui. Kauneushoitolan henkilökunta voisi olla kohteliaampi ja kertoa mitä hoidot pitävät sisällään.

Ensimmäinen kerta, kun kävin. Otin siskoni kanssa äkkilähdön, kun näin satakunnan kansassa edullisen hinnan. Meillä oli loma ja tarkoitus oli mennä Tampereen Ikeaan, mutta suunnitelmat muuttuivatkin Turun suuntaan,jossa siis yhdistimme rentoutuksen ja shoppailun käymällä myös Myllyssä ja Ikeassa. Me rentouduimme ja söimme hyvin ja illalla kävimme kuuntelemassa musavisaa. Kylpylä oli kaunis ja yksinkertainen liikkua, jopa sauna oli kaunista katsottavaa. Hotellihuoneessa oli ihana nukkua päivän päätteeksi. Buffet pöydässä oli ihania ruokia ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hyvät opasteet veivät meidät Porista perille. Kyllä oli ihana vuorokausi. Wc: ssä viemärinhaju oli varmaan ainoa, joka häiritsi vähän.

в отеле сотанавливаемся третий раз и, наверняка, вернемся сюда еще. местечко приятное - тихое, спокойное, экологичное, вдали от городской суеты и шума, - как раз то, что надо после напряженной работы в большом городе. любителям шумных вечеринок, танцев, дискотек, активного шоппинга, - точно не сюда. но если вы предпочитаете уединение, спокойствие, уют, отдых в кругу семьи, романтические прогулки по лесу и побережью, свежий воздух, приятные ресторанчики, релакс в спа, здесь вам точно понравится. цена, увы, цена... не экономично. однообразие завтраков. изо дня в день (из года в год) одинаковый набор продуктов и блюд. могли бы придумать что-то новенькое. один бутик на весь отель, шопинг как таковой отсутствует.номера убирают не так тщательно как хотелось бы.

Понравилось всё. Отдохнули на славу! СПА-комплекс улётный. Всем рекомендуем. Номер ЛЮКС на яхте шикарный. Завтрак богатый. Бронируйте смело! Всем приятного отдыха. Далековато для путешествия на авто с маленьким ребёнком, но оно того стоило!

отель на 4 звезды,до пяти не дотягивает сильно. есть с чем сравнивать. хороший завтрак, большие удобные номера, стандартный спа. неплохо для обычного спа отеля, но, повторяю, не претендующего на 5 звезд.развитие остановилось 5 лет назад. невозможно поесть вечером в ресторане. большие очереди, выдают прибор, который зазвонит при наличии свободного столика. можно просидеть перед ним более часа. не занимайте столики рядом с кухней, от запаха продуктов приготовления болит голова. садитесь только там, где высокий потолок. на просьбу пересадить - ответили отказом "другим нравится, не хотите не приходите"

останавливались в отеле второй раз, по сравнению с прошлым годом ничего существенно не поменялось. в спа чисто и комфортно, поменяли печи в саунах, на мой взгляд недостаточно теплоотдачи стало. заселение в номер за пять минут, парковка большая, номера чистые и уютные, интернет в номере. единственный нюанс который испортил общее впечатление, это то, что при выезде и расчёте пытались снять 50 евро за мини-бар, которым не пользовались! при непродолжительном дискутировании сумму вернули и конечно принесли свои извинения)))) но осадок остался.

отель прекрасно расположен, есть возможность для прогулок разных по длительности и расстоянию, есть возможность взять велосипед напрокат. приятные зоны отдыха на первом этаже. большие просторные номера с достойными кроватями. рестораны в отеле разнообразны, с неплохим меню. бассейн большой, два больших горячихх джакузи. не соответствует 5 звездам. ванная - просто ужасна. ванны нет, стоит самая дешевая душевая кабина без поддона, вода должна сливаться в отверстие пола, но она туда не сливается, а течет по всей ванной комнате. мы сменили 2 номера по этой причине на разных этажах - везде та же история. тапочки платные - 5 евро (лежат в минибаре). вообще не пополняют шампунь, мыло, гель и т.д., так, что берите все свое из дома - это возмущает. бассейн большой, но скучный, нет разнообразия водных "массажей", как в других спа-отелях. я бы отобрала одну звезду.
