1. The windows totally closed, no any ventillation in the room. 2. The cople bed divided for 2 parts, mattress very unconfortable. 3. The shower cabin has no curtain, all water spill directly to the toilet floor. 4. Kettle has leakage. 5. We ordered room for 4 adult person, but got towels just for 2.

Ok for a short stay. Basic facilities, as expected. Even though there is no reception, staff was very helpful through free call at the entrance of the hotel.

Too expensive for 2, ok when shared in 4 persons. Still the room is very small for 4 adults,not so comfortable.

The hotel is located very well, close to the center. It was one of the cheapest 'hotel' options we found in Helsinki where most of the hotels cost 100euro and more. We liked the coffee and tea and the possibility to keep food in the fridge. There was more than enough space for 2. Personally I would go there again if I went to Helsinki (and hope to get a room further from the entrance).

It is not super clean. We had a room close to the entrance door of our floor and there was a lot of noise during the night, because of people coming in and going out. The room wasn't very sound-proof. For 2 persons the room was more than big enough. For 3 it will get a bit tight and I would avoid going there with 4 persons.

The rooms were large and clean. Very quiet at the hotel.

One of the rooms was freezing! Made one of us ill. It was -20C outside and there was no heat in the radiator! Very unhappy as hardly any sleep was had because of the freezing room!

When I had called helpdesk i got an exellent room with a good working electrical system a next day .

The First day i got a bad room without working electrical system and broken teakettle.

It was the first time to stay in a hostel/hotel where you don't have any contact to any staff or service members of the omenahotelli. It was new to enter everywhere with the security codes but everything went well, so it was a good experience. Also the hostel was good situated in the city and not that far away from the railway station.

We stayed in omenahotelli 8 nights in Helsinki. The room we booked, was a bit too small for 3-4 people, but if it would be only for a weekend it would be perfect... It was said that there will be a staff who is changing the towles after 5 days, but it wasn't like this. For 8 nights it was too long without any cleaning and changing.

It was economical and well organized with a small refrigerator and coffee facility.

This Hotel was amazing, it is located right in the city center near the most well known bars from Helsinki and very near from the most important attractions. I would recommend this Hotel to everybody, friends, family etc. My next time is coming soon and I would chose Omena again for sure! Thanks!

There was a microwave oven, but wasn't any knifes or forks and plates, so we couldn't cook salads or so on.

I liked the location of this hotel, I liked the interesting system with code to enter, it was calm and warm inside.

I didn't like that bed was shared with two mattress, I was thinking it would be one big bed, but it was ok.
