very well organized....modern/dvanced--even no staff--we find it is operated in a well planned system, facilities are well equipped in such a tiny room, superb!

why 4pm check in---it is really late---2pm--is the maximum to accept.

The location was good - several great restaurants are nearby, as is the local mall. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was fairly small for three people. Staff were friendly and helpful which was good since it took two calls and several emails to get the booking for the room done and the door code delivered. As parking isn't available, it will run those with a car about 36€/day at the nearby Q-Park.

Nice proposal and location for the cost we paid.

Sound proofing between rooms was fine, but between room and corridor - pretty pure. Guys partiyng in the corridor were like jumping next to my bed.

the procedure if fully automatic - you do not even check in with a personal, just enter a code from e-mail to open a door, very good location and tea\coffee included.

no one from personnel ever visited a room to change a toilet paper or a towels for a 5 days (we stayed for a 5, so it was a whole time for us in a hotel). television did not work (but we did not actually care of that)

Close to the shopping centers, Cheap enough, Comfy for the family of 3 person.

Location was good, price was good. Rooms were large and well appointed. Room was also quiet.

Building was in need of a clean. The cleaner was going from room to room slamming doors early in the morning. He did this in the room next to us on over 20 separate occasions. Plughole in our bathroom was full of grease and matted hair. Trapdoor to the plumbing had come loose and had fallen off and had not been repaired.

It may be a problem for early check-in, the door code is not valid even we told the help desk to check-in earlier, A bit small for 4 people room

Clean, good value for money and close to the city centre.

Ok room, quite spacious (for one person), toilet ok, coffee and tea making possilble in room. Otherwise very basic. On the other hand: in the middle of Helsinki and less than 70 euros!

Loved the concept. Eg. No traditional reception to keep the costs low

On website it stated railway station 400m, bus station 200m. We had international travel luggage with us and so was not easiest to walk approx 1km over cobble stones etc to hotel...

Almost everything. Very good location, comfortable room. Enough space for four people.

Hairdrayer was broken.

No staff, everything is automatic!!! Super!!!

There was no soap in the washroom, so I had to call the number provided and ask for it, then go top another building to get it!

wi-fi is very weak, check-in time is very late, the micro-oven is very dirty

Overall, value for money. Location was very central to city (3 min walk!) and it was handy having a microwave in the room (and wifi). Following their instructions was straightforward, and actually having a pin to enter was easier than carrying a key! Images of room online are accurate.

I thought wifi would be enough, as seldom ask reception for help... However, I actually missed having on-site reception for silly questions (ie which way to turn for town? Answer - go right! Google maps sent me other way!). Room would be small for 3-4 people.

It was extremely good value for money, had all the facilities we needed and was in an ideal location.

Could have been cleaner - the shower room was fine and the bedding was clean but the floor was dirty.

The room was very clean and well equiped. It had a fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. Walls were soundproof (or we had very quiet neighbours). Close to city centre

The windows do not open

Noisy due to hotel attracting groups of men/women in the city for partying.

Convenient and accessible to city centre. Appreciated the easy access through pin code, made late-night check-in simple and fast.

Pillows were really too soft.

Great room with lush underfloor heating in bathroom and really good shower. Bed lovely n comfy. Huge room and very central. We walked everywhere. Great cafe next door that does breakfast for hotel guests. I reccomend their lunch if you like mixed healthy salads. Really good value all round. I would definitely book again.

Tiny Plastic cups for hot drinks not ideal. Would prefer a real mug. No wardrobe either but a few hangers were available.

The door code did not work first 15 minutes

The room was to small for 3 persons and didn't answer to the preliminary informations.

Very good location, 10 minutes from Railway station and in 3 minutes from shopping centers.

2 times at night we were waken up because of fire alarm. So 2 times at night we had to get up, get dressed and go on the street, it was -15 there, so the impression was spoiled.

I liked to have a code instead of keys.

The wifi did not work all the time. Noisy guests in the korridor late at night.
