No basic utensils
- Centrally lovated, within a business area. - Low price. - Good TV service.
- It is old and needs renovation works. The bathroom in particular had a bad smell and with a rotten door in its lower side. - WI-FI connection was bad, it stopped working after a while. - No reception at all, nobody of the staff in the building, and this I knew from before, BUT the 24hrs telephone helpdesk reachable with a phone at the main entrance was USELESS. Nobody answered that phone. I have also send a mail before my arriving asking few minor things: NEVER got a reply.
Good position, 10 min walk to the center Good structure even if the room was a little bit small for 4 people Quick access to the room
No Luggage Room for depot before checkin and after checkout
Position is very good in the centre of the city. The price was very good compared to the rest of the hotels. So it is convenient if you are looking for a cheap solution....but you have to be prepared to a very basic accomodation. In any case, despite basic, it is clean.
The temperature inside the room is not adjustable so it was very hot and the only linen provided was a thick blanket. The bathroom is very basic and the room is quite poor. No staff in the hotel and no breakfast available.
Central location and great place to stay
- Great location - WiFi connection was good - Liked the design of the room, had everything we needed for our short stay - bed, small bathroom, big screen TV, table with chairs, microwave, small fridge...
- Can't open the window for some reason - No cleaning at all during our stay - only stayed for 3 nights so it was no problem, but I can imagine it can be an issue when you stay for a week...
Great Location, close to the centre and also had a pizza shop next door and supermarket with late opening hours opposite.
The first room we were given was tiny! We literally couldn't have fitted our cases in once the kids beds were open. I contacted the staff via the phone in the lobby and to their credit, they moved us into a bigger roon very quickly.
Decent facilities for the price. Location is pretty good. Not far from the station (10 min walk) No hassles on check in as they email you the door/room codes the day before. You get wifi at the entrance at the hotel so dont panic if you havent got the codes before leaving
Got there at the 4pm check in which is quite late really and the room wasnt ready !!... Sat around for half an hour before it was...
No hotel staff. No front desk. A door code is texted to you. No A/C. Cramped quarters for 3 people. Was down an alley.
There was no cleaning of the room during the entire stay, you can only get in at 4PM, no parking.
Great location Good value
I never saw any staff. We needed extra towels and sheets for the pull out beds. We had no one to ask for them. The wifi was a bit slow. The room was not well ventilated in summer heat.
The bed is great. No noise. Cheap.
Convent to tram lines.
Good position. The market place is reachable in 10-15 minutes by feet. Apartments are well equipped with all necessary. Free wi-fi.
No free parking in the nearby
good location; good price
very stuffy and hot room; too soft bed; bedding only for 2 people, although we ordered for 4
It is located near city center. Just this
We booked 3 rooms, all of them had a problem, as there is no reception, it is difficult to solve. Quite dirty, floor was even stiky.
Good location, fair price, elevator.
No staff: if you arrive in advance, you have to wait 4pm for the activation of the code to enter the room. We reserved a three bed room, but the third room is a couch to be opened with very dirty mattress.
Great location and comfortable room. I would happily stay there again.
location is close to the city center, For a standard single room, besides the essential equipment, such as towels, body wash, it also provides many other equipment: a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electrical kettle. Although there is no reception, the 24 hour phone call service is good.
Proximity to City & restaurants - good selection available - shame about the breakfast restaurant closing up at the end of the month - that was great value with good helpful service
Found night times stuffy & hot with inability to get any fresh air .......lift service sometimes insufficient with people waiting to get to rooms
It has tram stops of Line#3 which is very convenient to go around city for sightseeing as well as harbor access. You can reach there on foot in less than 10 minutes. Room was bigger than expected. Frige was in the room.
Check-in time is only available at 4pm and later so even if you arrive earlier, you can't get early check-in as it has no reception, so you may need spend hours in Burger King(free wifi) or else. No instruction at the building entrance, so you have to know you need to press your room key code there as well. You will be informed of key code by email and SMS text prior to checking date(probably 1 day before your check-in). Linen was never replaced and the room was never cleaned up for 3 nights stay at all, which you may need to know, thus you may have chance to pick up linens from the wagon left on the aisle, otherwise you may need to save towels or dry then up yourself. TV set was totally away from couch, it's invisible. Wifi is extremely slow at night as it's probably busy for staying guests' traffic.
Inability to open windows while air conditioning was terrible, could not sleep at all
Location. Quietest room/hotel I have been for a while. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with fridge and microwave. Store right across the street. Good Wifi.
Only had ceiling showerhead, water almost boiling and nothing we tried made water cooler, so we took water with the tiny plastic cup from the sink tap. Cups provided for tea and coffee were as big as thimbles. TV was oddly placed when trying to watch it in bed.
No clear instructions on how to get into reserved space. A reception desk would improve the experience. Heino
