The bed is great. No noise. Cheap.
Convent to tram lines.
good location; good price
very stuffy and hot room; too soft bed; bedding only for 2 people, although we ordered for 4
It is located near city center. Just this
We booked 3 rooms, all of them had a problem, as there is no reception, it is difficult to solve. Quite dirty, floor was even stiky.
Good location, fair price, elevator.
No staff: if you arrive in advance, you have to wait 4pm for the activation of the code to enter the room. We reserved a three bed room, but the third room is a couch to be opened with very dirty mattress.
Great location and comfortable room. I would happily stay there again.
Proximity to City & restaurants - good selection available - shame about the breakfast restaurant closing up at the end of the month - that was great value with good helpful service
Found night times stuffy & hot with inability to get any fresh air .......lift service sometimes insufficient with people waiting to get to rooms
No clear instructions on how to get into reserved space. A reception desk would improve the experience. Heino
Good location, rooms decent for price.
No reception, it's by a help desk. When I arrived my room code was not sent to me like it was meant to be. I had to keep ringing the help desk again and again until finally I got an answer. I was then given a room which when I got to had not been cleaned. This let me going between buildings with luggage and the elevator did not work in one of the buildings.. Very poorly organised hotel from a help desk.. A person there would have been able to help straight away.
No reception, no humans. Expensive. No bar. No option for suitcase store.
Modern, compact, easy to use (no staff) system
It was hard to figure out the way of working...
everything, the only down side was there was no aircon but it was unusually hot for Helsinki (31 degrees)
Clean bathroom, microwave and hairdryer.
Finding the room
Please send the door code and room no. earlier.
The location is good and the room was basically clean.
The check in time is late and there is no baggage room. The exterior of lobby area looks and smells like a dirty ashtray. Most of the lights in the room did not work. The matts for the children were broken and old. The sink leaked from the bottom. It was too expensive. Their was a hole in the wall.
Location was good. The staff (ultimately reached on a land phone line), was good at booking me a taxi, so I go away.
This is a "self-check-in" hotel, meaning there is NO staff anywhere anytime to enquire with, and seek help. You are supposed to call remote help-desk phone numbers, but to my cellphone that only returned a general recorded message saying the number was "unallocated". The internet connection was a bad joke. It only worked sporadically to delude you into hoping for some reliable connectivity, but it continuously and immediately dropped off, making impossibile to e-mail and/or browse. Rather than proper hotel rooms, the accomodations reminded me of temporary shelters in relief camps for refugees from humanitarian disasters.
The duvets for the extra beds were quite old and dirty. Also, there were only plastic cups so we couldn't have tea because the hot water from the kettle deformed the cups!
the door code it's not working all the time!!!
Design, confort, space
The fact we can't arrive there before 4pm (quite unconfortable when we have many luggages !)
Quite well organised service. Nothing imposing. Speed Interenet connection. A kind of smart hotel! Thank you!
Smoking in the inner yard was awful!
Well situated Clean Good kitchens facilities
Windows can not get opened Need to prepare ourselve 2 beds No phone to call a reception in case of emergency
The regular beds were really nice, the internet connection, TV, microwave...
The fold out beds were really uncomfortable!
This hotel has a very good location, close to all major sights and shops, also a good variety of dining options at nearby cafes.
The TV didn't work, also the Wi-fi, the water in the shower didn't flush away and the helpdesk phone never answered. Would not choose this hotel next time.
Unhelpful 24 hr help line
Great location, decent prices.
There was one tiny air vent to keep the room cool. It is a bit of a stretch to call that "air conditioning" like they do on this site. Windows do not open. Our room was stinking hot and it was quite unpleasant. The refrigerator did a terrible job of keeping things cool. I was disappointed because I have used omenahotellis before and thought they were quite decent. I would think twice before going back now.
