good location, located near to the mall, convenience
room is small, doesn't look similar to the pictures posted on the website. fair cleanliness, i found rubbish left inside the trash. very late check-in time, and no reception desk can help if arrived early
The staff are very welcoming and nice
Location, price, convenience.
Location; working wifi; the assistance line (net and phone in the lobby) are efficient, although with limited possibility of help (there’s no one physically present).
If rent a room in this hotel be sure you can access your mail before, you can only enter in the property if you know your code (that is send to your mail 48h before). You can only go to the hotel after 4.00 Pm, before that the door won’t even open, and at 11.45 tv shuts down and you have to leave. The code stops working, so don’t even dare to forget something in the apartment. The apartment isn’t very comfortable, the bathroom is a big cabin that makes lots of noise when you are there and smells like sewer.
location, easy access to the hotel via passcode
cleaning starts from the 5th day, no nightlight option
Clean comfortable rooms. Right in the heart of Helsinki but on a quiet street. Short walk to the main railway station where the airport buses arrive and depart. Good value for money. I would stay there again.
The bathroom light is motion controlled so automatically turns off and on which can be annoying. The plastic cups almost melt when filled with hot water and you have to be really careful using them.
the location the room it self
when i booked i did not know ther was no respstion and that my daugther and i will need to let our selves in alone all the time but ew got used to
Drilling noise at 8.30am in the morning
Great location, cleanand comfortable room. I received the room code two days before.
Nobody was there
Room size big tv
Room a bit cold Bed quality averaged No reception
Central Microwave & Fridge Fairly spacious room Free WiFi Good price
TV was a bit temperamental, where occasionally the TV software will crash and restart.
Everything - it should be closed down
The area that we could shop and eat. With children made that easy.
The confusion of getting a reservation as to billing. Did not let us know for a month that there was something wrong with the credit account. Made reservation on Aug, 26th and nothing in email box before we left for a months trip in Finland and Sweden. No place to store luggage before check in or out.
Central location. Cheap(ish)
Terrible hotel. Room small, bed uncomfortable. Cleanliness poor. Hot and stuffy. I would not recommend staying here
I liked cleanliness n facility in kitchen.code system is very good I liked it.
It should have facility to keep luggage if one wants to keep for a day or two after check out
Big room, location
No iron, no baggage deposit
Location close to main street and bus station Easy check in with no reception, use pin code that is emailed to you Big TV Comfortable bed and pillows
No where to leave luggage if you're leaving in the evening Stayed in here twice and the second time our window opened up onto a construction site so didn't have any fresh air
It is hard to rate staff as there is no reception and no people outside of cleaning staff - the day you arrive, they send you the room number and door code to your phone. I arrived early and wanted to check my bag - I called the help desk at the door and they found another room for me that was ready. No people does not mean a cheap hotel - the room was large, clean and very nice (105cm TV) with more coffee and tea than I could drink in a week.
great location, close to the railway station, very quiet street, room was small but very confortable
No cleaning provided, even if I stayed almost one work week.
This is very basic accommodation, but it represents good value for money in a city like Helsinki. Perfect location in heart of Helsinki, close to both bus and railway stations, as well as to shops and restaurants.
There was some confusion over the door code - the one that I had been sent by email didn't match the one I needed, which was sent on day of travel, after I had left home and had no access to my computer. There is a phone in the lobby for enquiries. I received help when the phone was finally answered and the correct code was given.
Noisy, the bad is horible and there is no black out at the cortins
calm good comfort for the price
no possibility to stop the light in the cleaning-room no personnel in the hostel
Cleanliness and the procedure of check in and out.
No staff in an emergency.
