Perfect location, very clean , room small but with space to prepare a coffe and eat some basic meal, very quite street, great price
Wi-Fi and location are excellent.
The thirt bed was desperet
You never see any staff but the rooms are an okay size and comfortable. The location is perfect. It's a good option for a day or two in Helsinki.
There is no reception, but interaction over mail or dedicated telephone line (available in hotel) works perfect and at any time. Service is great.
Very central, comparably cheap
Window doesn't open, can't control temperature, plastic cups/glasses, noisy pipes, uncomfortable settee, shower curtain blows inward and not clean, no plug for sink, toilet brush needs to be replaced
location, price, self-management,
not possible to open window, no balconies
absence of reception desk
Could not get the windows open so the room was stuffy & hot.
I didn't receive e-mail or sms about the room number and room access code. Luckily the phone number worked and we got it.
Location perfect. Omena hotel is a good option when travelling with children, minifridge is big enough for keeping snacks etc.
The location is great it is comfortable and adequate
There is really NO staff and the common areas are quite dirty and there is no phone in the room. I did help others who were confused about the lack of desk staff.
Location, lots of restaurants and the tram around the corner.
there is no reception desk
The location can hardly better : central and quiet at the same time We appriciated the space in the room too. Why should the light in the bathroom always be on, night and day?
I was told a room number that was not the right one and it was not easy to get somebody on the phone to have the right room number The kettle had been probably used for milk and its bottom was burnt. The staff should check it everyday
1.The entire hotel windows were locked! 2.Windows can not be opened, boring to stand! Terrible! 3.There is no service personnel, but also could not immediately be contacted by phone to resolve until the next day ‧
Even though situated in the center of the Helsinki, the hotel is quiet. Large rooms for the price. Very clean. Perfect for our stay, group of 10, friends and family!
You can't open the windows and there is no air-con system.
It was extremely hot. No air condition, winodows do not open. Really we could not sleep there.
Good design of room, space used effectively. Good recommendation for breakfast restaurant.
The location is nice
The hallways and lobby were not very clean. The room felt like a cell. The window was locked and the room was incredibly hot. When we asked to get the window open, the operator on the phone said we couldn't until the morning. Which made the sleep painful and non existent. Also, the blow dryer never worked.
Great location and cheap for Helsinki.
It was extremely hot in the rooms with very poor ventilation. Obviously this is a known problem as all the reviewers mention it but its funny that the hallways are cool but the rooms are boiling. Call an electrician!
* Excellent location, near the central station, shopping center, supermarket * Large, comfortable room * Well equiped, large TV, microwave, tea, coffee, etc... * Working Wi-Fi
* The part of the street in front of the Hotel was not very clean, with garbage littered all over the pavement
