Very friendly staff, beautiful countryside, warm and comfortable cabins with sauna and kitchen. Very easy access to ski slopes so nice if you just want to ski for a few hours. Good restaurant and shop on site. Very picturesque - an enjoyable stay.

Not only was our chalet perfectly comfortable, great beds, lovely wooden design, roomy and cosy, but the staff was absolutely spotless. The food was great (pricy though) and in late January, we had the ski resort for ourselves... This was the best value in the region and as I clicked the buttons, I wasn't really expecting anything amazing; still, I can't believe how spot-on this was for us. Thanks a lot!

No double beds sadly (highly compensated by the quality of the matresses)

Very good hotel! Everything was fine. Sauna in the room was perfect, two radiators, very clean and warm, plus second floor witn two beds! So, it was nice!

One thing that is difficult to find hotel without map or GPS, only one mark 50 meters before hotel.

Very nice accomodation, close to slopes, very friendly staff.

The breakfast time ends at 10.00 sharp. It was rather hard to get up early with a small child. There is no public transportation and the only transport available is taxi.

Nice house and the location is easy to access by car...nice private sauna in the house.

We had our own cabin so could cook our own meals. We stayed in the off season so it was very quiet. We were only there to try to seethe northern lights.

location, clean, has everything you need to stay

Houses are next to road, noisy, and no privacy with your neighbors, sauna was not working and not going to be fixed as staff simply put it us. Bbq area for shared use was a mess, we ourselves had to clean it including area where there was a picnic table in a overgrown piece of land we had to cut the bushes to reach it... The house itself also has no dining table so the mini kitchen is really more for a cup of tea, there is a very poor breakfast, go early they dont replenish, we ended doing our own breakfast in house there is a little supermarket very close. We managed for 3 days there but for that money 560 euro this is too expensive Oh the smallest tv I ever saw with a video of fireplace ridiculuos !

Quiet summer countryside environment, close to the city of Rovaniemi. Private sauna was nice. Chairlift to mountain top for view was very good.

This really did not bother us, but during heavy evening rain the roof leaked making the back of the sofa and floor next to the wall very wet. Fortunately, our suitcases on the sofa did not get wet. When I heard the drips on the floor, I awoke and moved the sofa away from the wall, and put a towel on the floor to soak up the water. I left a diagram of Unit 22, showing the drip location, with the desk staff when we checked out.

Very quaint. Room is well furnished, warm and sufficiently spacious. Well kept. Good kitchen facility.

Lacks for sufficient cupboard space for clothes if staying for a while. Restaurant in summer is at golf course nearby and serves minimal food menu.

Large comfortable cabin / chalet type accommodation ( not just a room ! ). Hubbie enjoyed the private within chalet sauna. Good facilities with wifi, basic self catering cooking facilities. Basic breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful staff - providing us with a free upgrade for staying for 1 week ( would have happily stayed longer ) . Nice peaceful location within short easy car journey ( or 30 minute walk ) to central Rovaneimi.

Unfortunately restaurant wasn't open for main meals when we were there ( end of may early June ). This wasn't made clear in the information through booking .com.

Privacy is good. The house setting is nice and cozy.

without car is hard to get here. Public transport cannot reach.

Poor breakfast.

We stayed just one night prior to flying out of Rovaniemi back to Helsinki. We were very pleasantly surprised by our little cabin, which was very well equipped and comfortable. The cabins are right next to the ski area of Rovaniemi and would be ideal for ski trips. The site has a lovely building that serves breakfast (typical continental style) and in peak season has a restaurant for dinner. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

отличное расположение, при этом в лесу, среди больших деревьев,на берегу реки, есть всё необходимое для отдыха на природе- мангалы, террасы, отлично оборудованная детская площадка, рядом все основные достопримечательности и магазины, домики достаточно чистые и комфортные. Отлично подходит для краткосрочного проживания.Great location, with a forest of large trees on the bank of the river, has everything you need for enjoying the outdoors, barbecues, terraces, a well-equipped children's playground, close to all major attractions and shops, houses are clean enough and comfortable. Great for short-term accommodation.

Нет посудомоечной машины. Может, это не слишком серьезный недостаток, но всё же мыть посуду руками на отдыхе совсем не хочется. No dishwasher. Maybe it's not too serious flaw, but still wash dishes by hand on vacation does not want.

Очень понравилось месторасположение отеля, соотношение цены и качества, уютный домик со всем необходимым, белоснежное постельное белье, русскоговорящий персонал. Все очень понравилось! Уже забронировала этот отель на сентябрь. Советую всем своим друзьям.

Мало русских каналов, очень маленькие и тонкие подушки, не было крышек на посуду.

удобное расположение

тишина, покой, комфорт и уют, природа и окрестности. готовка не была в тягость: в номере полный комплект кухонного оборудования и много посуды, большой холодильник. еще, конечно, - сауна, Wi-Fi. в лыжный сезон должно быть вообще рай. в 5 минутах езды - спорткомплекс Santa-sport (spa и все, что душе угодно). до центра города минут 7, до "призмы" - на пару минут дольше, так что с шопингом тоже нет проблем. персонал приветливый, доброжелательный.

для полного счастья не хватало... крючков для одежды и прочих шмоток в комнате и "bathroom". и как-то маловато емкостей для одежды. привыкли, что в номере есть шкаф с полками, куда все укладывается. здесь же только в прихожей вешалки и маленькая тумбочка под телевизором. в итоге много одежки пришлось складывать на диван. не критично, но и не симпатично.
