Hotel Sello

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located right next to a large shopping centre, where we shopped everyday. The shopping centre also had a movie theatre and bowling, which were both great. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The bed was a bit too narrow for my taste and also that the restaurant closed at 8 or 9 pm during sundays, but this is a problem all over Finland. I am used to eating at 9 - 10 pm so we had to take the train to the city centre to find a restaurant that was open.. this was not too easy. Also we did not like the weather but Finland during November, not the best time to visit.. :)

Room large enough for the family of 4, extra beds for kids were already in the room when we arrived. Nice buffet, nutritious and tasty food. Next door to the Sello Mall, which is very convenient. Parking provided as a part of the package is also a benefit

Free Wi-Fi and some kids' channels included would be great. Prices for such services are quite high

Not only was the service excellent the rooms are decorated in a very contemporary style and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The only thing that I would change is the times of room service - we arrived from London quite late and would have liked to order a snack or some type of food to fill in the gap of not having had dinner.

Breakfast is highly overrated, but I really liked their dinner menu.

My room was not properly cleaned for 5 days. They never vacuumed, they didn't change/clean tea cups and glasses, they didn't change bed linen. Also, shampoo run out on 2nd day, on day 4th I finally got a replacement (had to ask for it). Internet connection was pretty slow, my (roaming!) 3G connection was faster.

Huone oli lähes täysin äänetön, eli ei häiritseviä sivuääniä. Erinomaista! Kauppakeskus välittömässä läheisyydessä oli ihan hyvä plussa.

Onnettoman hidas Internet-yhteys. Tämän tiimoilta en ihan välttämättä olisi laittanaut ruksia Bisnes-hotellin kohdalle, mutta vastaanotossa sanoivat parannusta olevan tulossa, joten olkoon ruksi menneeksi.

Miellyttävä viihtyisä hotelli, huone ja varsinkin yleiset tilat, herkulliset ravintolan ruoat, loistava idea ottaa muumi teemaksi - lapset olivat aivan innoissaan huoneessa odottavasta muumista.

Huoneessa ei ollut tilattua lisävuodetta. Huoneessa ei ollut tarvittavaa määrä liinavaatteita ja pyyhkeitä. Viimeinen peitto tuli vasta kolmannen pyynnön jälkeen. Toinen hissi oli rikki - aiheutti odottelua. Siivoaja ei tyhjentänyt roskista päiväsiivouksessa.

Hotelli on rauhallinen ja sen sijainti on erinomainen.

Huone oli tunkkaisen tuoksuinen sinne saapuessani ja mietinkin, että olinko saanut tupakoitsijoille tarkoitetun huoneen, mutta tuuletusikkunan oltu auki muutaman tunnin, ilmakin raiskastui.
