Just next to the Central Train Station. It is very easy to arrive from Airport via Finnair City Bus. We didn't have any problem although it was 2 am. İt took just 2 minutes to reach to the hotel from City Bus. It is a typical four star hotel from the stand point of staff, rooms, breakfast etc. We didn't get on any bus, train or tram to visit important places like shopping centers, cathedrals, Esplanadi Park, Marketplace (Kauppatori) which you can find seafood, souvenirs and wooden products. The reception staff should make their minibar control during check-out but not later in order to prevent confusion. |

Everything was excellent! Helpful staff, high-quality and tasty food (breakfast), comfortable sauna and gym, luxurious room! It seems to be too good for such prices ;) There was only one pair of slippers in double room and no robes. But it is not a problem - just contact reception and everything will be done in a minute! |

I liked the location and the fact that it's luxurious but not too expensive. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good it's my favorite hotel in Helsinki. |

We traveled to Helsinki together with my husband. And, to tell the truth, it were 4 very nice days and also tahnks to Radisson. The stuff of the hotel are very helpful, the rooms are comfortable, including veerything you need. It was also very nice to have bycicles in the hotel, due to it we were able to explore all picturesque places in Helsinki. The sauna at the end of the day was also an excellent addition for you to rest and to have chance for relaxing. We are completely satisfied with the hotel. I think we would return to it. It would be great if the glasses for tea and coffee would be glassy and not paper-made. The resturant during the breakfast was really crowded, but it is written everywhere in the hotel about it. The hotel is advising to attend it more earlier. |

The people there were very nice. Say hello and goodbye to me when I left the hotel. The Gym was really good. The bed in our room was very good too.. big and confortable.. The furnitures seems to be a bit old fashion. The door was hard to open.. nothing for weak girls. :-) |

good location and tidy room. when I connected to the internet, I couldn't read Japanese language and I couldn't fix it since there was no setting for viewing language. Also when I started movies in youtube, I couldn't hear the sound. |

The room was excellent. Beautiful interior design, very comfortable, very clean, fantastic bed, very nice bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast too, almost gourmet, and lots of selections for all tastes. Hotel location very good, close to everything. Housekeeping less than perfect. Some staff are conscientious and helpful, others are careless. (One day, I was left without soap, so how am I supposed to shower?) |

I like the free saunas very much, which give you a fully relax. The two beds were not seperated, so we two had to sleep just like in one bed! |

Very good English to comunicate. In the middle of Helsinki a lot of shops and next to main railway station. Only a few free tv chanel. Not enouph choice for payable movies |

I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing. Nice hotel, comfy bed, good welcome. |
