Location. Good service as Radisson hotels normally have. Good breakfast.

The hotel is near Metro and bus stop.It is convenient to go to centre.There are many restaurants around the hotel.Wifi is so fast when you connect on the 1st floor.However,you can use wifi in your room too.The staffs are so friendliy and can recommend your way in helsinki.

Very goog hotel near main city attractions, not the first time there & not the last, the best fot its price, also very good restaurant Grill'it in there. Worth to visit.

Sauna works in inconvenient time (only 7-8 A.m, 4-6 P.m). I don't understand how this time can be convinient for anybody! We came at 11 A.m and receptionist told us that all rooms're busy (standard check- in is 2 P.m). But he hadn't checked in the system before answering.

Good location, right across the street from metro and in walking distance from shopping malls. Very good breakfast. Despite the minuses I'll probably stay there again on my next weekend trip, because the location is very convenient for me since its a walking distance from the bus stop I need. But don't expect a 4*.

They position themselves as 4* hotel, but I would say its a good 3*. Shabby cheap furniture and furnishing of the room can't be compensated by a good bathroom and flat screen tv. Matress is way too soft, pillows were way too soft, so the sleep wasn't comfortable. My reservation said a double bed in my room, I got two small beds. At 4am, when I was checking in, I didn't have any strenghth to go downstairs and aks for room replacement. But I was very disappointed by this. Don't confirm something you can't provide. Bad value for money.

We stay in this Hotel quite often and always get much pleasant impressions. It has very good location in the center of the city but a little bit far from crowded streets. This is the most appropriate hotel for family trips and shopping tours. The hotel has very comfortable clean and stylish rooms at the appropriate price. Also it's important to mention that it has very wide assortment of meal on breakfast. The stuff very polite who provides good service and always ready to help.

The temperature in the room was quite low even with the switched off conditioner.
