Location was just great!

The service is perfect, accomodatian as well. Good food. Very secure. Quiet.

The waitress at breakfast was especially attentive and friendly.

The friendly personnel, convenient number with slippers, a teapot, cups, free wifi, a convenient arrangement near the station, in the downtown

Good location, right across the street from metro and in walking distance from shopping malls. Very good breakfast. Despite the minuses I'll probably stay there again on my next weekend trip, because the location is very convenient for me since its a walking distance from the bus stop I need. But don't expect a 4*.

They position themselves as 4* hotel, but I would say its a good 3*. Shabby cheap furniture and furnishing of the room can't be compensated by a good bathroom and flat screen tv. Matress is way too soft, pillows were way too soft, so the sleep wasn't comfortable. My reservation said a double bed in my room, I got two small beds. At 4am, when I was checking in, I didn't have any strenghth to go downstairs and aks for room replacement. But I was very disappointed by this. Don't confirm something you can't provide. Bad value for money.

We stay in this Hotel quite often and always get much pleasant impressions. It has very good location in the center of the city but a little bit far from crowded streets. This is the most appropriate hotel for family trips and shopping tours. The hotel has very comfortable clean and stylish rooms at the appropriate price. Also it's important to mention that it has very wide assortment of meal on breakfast. The stuff very polite who provides good service and always ready to help.

The temperature in the room was quite low even with the switched off conditioner.

Spacious room with biiiig bathroom with bath. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast, good service however it was crowdy. Good location - in Kamppi, in front of metro.

The staff was great. The hotel is perfectly situated in almost the very city center. It took us few minutes to get to the major sightseeings and places of interest. Buffet breakfast was good enough. Recommended with confidence.

The hotel could be equipped better. More than that in our opinion it needs some renovation. It was hard enough to find free tables to have breakfast. But perhaps it is so because the major guests came almost up to the end of it.

Location, staff, breakfast, the hotel is nice, clean and comfortable.

Cold rooms, heatung system does not work, poor breakfast, in other radisson hotels the food quality and diversity is much better, too many people, no place at the tables, dissapointing room service (did not take away the rubbish and has put our toothbrushes so that they have touched the wall) absolutely dissapointing experience, for this money (270 E per 2 nights), i will prefer next time Sokos or some cozy small hotel.

The Radisson Blue Royal is well located: close to metro station, close to city centre, railway station etc.. Nice and big hotel. Breakfast is good and widechoice for food. Free wi-fi available.

The room was not so big. Bathroom very small and needs refreshing. There is still a curtain in the bath to be used as a shower...

Very small parking, not enough space for all guest's cars and the price of parking is 32 euro per day! Very high prices in the bar and at the hotel's restaurant, and the restaurant itself not impressive at all.

The Radisson Blu Royal was close to the central station, convenient for the airport bus and trains. Breakfast was excellent, the rooms were lovely, bright and clean with very nice toiletries. The staff were very helpful with the several enquiries I made regarding car hire/train schedules and I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked in for a second night on my return from Lapland.

Comfortable.. Just across the street you get a shopping mall, 5mins further is the most busy part of Helsinki where main train station and all cafe, restaurant and biggest mall.

Not really on our stay, but will be great with more variety on breakfast menu.
